Dear Julien, I am sorry to hear that this tour was not as what you expected. I always try to provide the best service to all of our customers, and I am disappointed in your case. As you can see, this tour is organized for who wants to join a tour to save the cost and to avoid the stress. Of course it's more flexible about itinerary if you go by yourself but the cost is higher and you will go without a guide. For some people, it's no problem to go without a guide but I think for most of people, it's a big problem for them to visit a new place for the first time. That's why we have guided tours for them. Hi Alex, I just read your review about your Sapa trip. I am very sorry to hear your bad experience about some local people trying to ask money from your after the trek. They are just some local people trying to earn money from tourist and I talked with my partner sometimes about them they we really can't tell them not to do it.
