  "We were pleased with the design of the tour and the responsiveness of EuroBike. The bikes were in excellent condition and our luggage arrived in a timely fashion each day. There are two issues we had: 1. We received misinformation regarding the first day of the bike and tour documents handover. This created a great deal of uncertainty and confusion. 2. Hotel Asgard in Worms is a hotel that should never be used. It is in a terrible location and doesn’t have air conditioning. The staff were wonderful at the hotel, but the location is very noisy and it is in a very unscenic part of town. There are surely better hotels in Worms than this one.

  "The cuisine, the food and the service were excellent! The route was good, the information that there is no possibility to reach the city on your own at the landing place Rastatt was missing. There was a bus stop on site, but unfortunately no bus came! The excursion on offer was very expensive. The excursion to Rüdesheim with a visit to the vineyards and wine tasting was a joke! Serving the wine in shot glasses and a dry, small pretzel at the wine tasting is not possible! Not a sip of water, nothing else for the price, really a joke! It would have been nice to at least get out and taste the grapes in the vineyard. The musical instrument museum was interesting. Perhaps the information was given in French, there was no information in German! Our German-speaking translator translated in 1 minute what was said in French for 10 minutes.
