"The communication was good. The itinerary was reasonable; hotels 2-3 stars (the hotel in Manuel Antonio was the best), transport was ok. We did have a time stuck in traffic for 7 hours and a mixup of pickup time to go to the airport -- in the end, these were small annoyances and we dealt with them. Overall, trip was good and we enjoyed our first time in Costa Rica. Would probably use Your radar again.
