Good Day Dear Kathy We are sorry to hear you didn't like some accommodations, unfortunately it is not possible to do last minute changes when the customer is already in the country, as per-hotel politics they will go to penalize the full stay and if the customer desire we can search alternative options but with extra charge. Each time we process a complete itinerary we must guarantee the availability, that's part of the reason the booking of the hotels is confirmed time before the travel date of the customer. Please let us know if you have a particular case with any of the hotels/lodges, we are definitely taking in count your feedback and talk with them to improve the service.
