- RJRichard· May 17th, 2024My wife and I booked the 10 day tour. We upgraded the rooms one level - I wanted to be sure to have air conditioning. Our hotels were great. Our transfers were all on time. There were always other people on the transfers and we often had great conversations as we traveled. The tours we booked were all interesting and informative. I highly recommend this trip.Show more

They may put together the brochure you see on the internet but they have no direct knowledge of the tour. The booking was great and filled with a good amount of activities at each location, but also was able to have some free time in each location to visit the town, hang out at the pool or ocean, or just relax if needed. All transportation pickups were relatively smooth and on time. I often solo travel so this was perfect for me and my friend. We had a blast! - DJDiane Micheli· March 20th, 2024Overall Our trip went great with only a few concerns. I had to ask for the itinerary 3 days before the trip and a temporary one was provided. But the final was presented to me at the airport upon arrival. We booked the superior hotels and they were wonderful and food was great. All the transportation worked out, but the land to boat transfer to Torteguerro was confusing. Better communication would have been helpful. The guides were all fabulous! We saw wildlife at all the parks. Our Destination Services agent was helpful. Although, there was a misunderstanding when I requested an extra day at Manuel Antonio and she booked us at San Jose instead. I also learned that the "Optional Activities" are Completely on your own--as in-- 'find you own activity and outfitter and reserve it'. - Sun· February 27th, 2024The transportation between each site are just too far. The worst is I got informed less than 4 days that due to hotel availability, two location sequence got swapped. So I had to back track quite a bit, so a 3.5 hours extra commute time for 1 days (on the road from 7 am to 6pm), and another day 2.5 hr extra. The staff informed me was very nice and offer me a full refund, but 4 days does not give me enough time to plan for another vacation.
