  "The whole trip was excellent. We have a question that we have forwarded to Trafalger with no response. Why did we have to pay room charges when we first arrived at the hotel? We had been travelling for nearly 24 hours and needed to have access to our room but we had to pay!! Also as we finished the tour a day earlier and did not have the farewell meal or stay the final night are we not due a refund?

  "The hotels were great and would give them 5 stars. Very clean and accommodating. Our first driver was very helpful and spoke English very well. Our second driver first language Chinese was very nice, helpful, but he was hard to understand. I do feel I paid too much for the overall experience and that more could have been included for the price b/c many of the venues didn't have a cost for entrance. Also, just my opinion, but it seems like many of the venues need a little TLC. For example, paint. Honestly, I felt the experience was expensive b/c the cost Ringgit, gas, wasn't expensive if we would have book on our own using independent apps. I'm all for businesses making money, but the value for what we paid wasn't there in my opinion.

  "The tour was alright. The guide was great, but I feel like there was more to improve on vis-a-vis activities and information. For someone who’s a little more active when traveling, this would be greatly appreciated. Also as a forewarning, this tour group doesn’t actually operate in Malaysia, they outsource the actual tour to a local touring company in Malaysia so they’re actually the middleman who
