  "Overall, this tour was very good. the itinerary was excellent. I am happy that EuropaMundo listened to previous reviews and made this tour less hectic and we got to actually enjoy each location and each stop. We did not feel rushed, and the pace was appropriate. We arrived to our hotels at reasonable hours (in previous tour we got to our hotels at 10 pm). We wished that mornings would start at 8:30 and not before. We did have a few times that we were told to wait at 7:50 but the bus and Guide did not arrive until 30 minutes later, leaving 50 people anxiously waiting and unhappy. The portion that is always hard for us with EuropaMundo is the people that join and leave the tour and change constantly, and the same for the changing guides. It is a very confusing chaos, but it is also well organized despite it. We did not like the baby on the bus. This is not appropriate. Enough that we had over 10 small annoying kids. The Hotels were excellent and breakfast too, except in Lisbon where we could hear the airplanes all night long and did not sleep, because the hotel was at the airport without proper insulation. Overall, we enjoyed the tour very much. The Guide Javier was excellent, as well as all the local experts. Raphaela in Lisbon was exceptional- please pass this to her. We booked another tour with EuropaMundo and hopefully adults only!

  "I signed for a 7-day tour and was picked up with people who paid for 5-day. Flying across the world I was told to wait for two days waiting for them. When I mentioned why I was told to come at this date and time I got no response. You are basically driven long hours and kept in the dark about the plans the whole time. Hotels are 2stars the best. The driver, hotel staff and guide worked hard and I feel bad seeing they are bein taken advantage. You better off financially using booking your tours. In Spain there are many great tours daily. It was a complete waste of my time and money as I spent a lot of money doing the daily tours on my own.
