    Was a good tour some good amount of free time but didn't realise it was multilingual not many English speaking people on tour

    I was not picked up at my cruise ship not taken to a second hotel after my stay with the tourradar hotel

As we already informed you, the driver assures us that he was waiting for you at the port for an hour from the time you told us you were going to arrive. Regarding the transfer between hotels, after asking you several times the time and place where you wanted to be picked up and not getting an answer, we refunded the cost of the taxi you took.     It was an impressive tour. What I liked most was the excellent service, flawless car pick-up and good hotels where the price/performance ratio was just right.
