Couldn’t fault the guys on any aspect of this trip - you’re a friend from being picked up at the airport and they make sure to sort out every detail throughout the trip and even after, regardless how small. Our group had an amazing time, the knowledge they have along with the local guide Arny (legend) meant we definitely got to experience so much more than if we were travelling on our own. Food spots are great - didn’t have a single bad meal and genuinely had so much fun. Thanks guys!

Bali Experience has by far exceeded my expectations!! I'd previously done the ThaIntro tour which made picking Bali Experience an easy choice for my next holiday. The accommodation was amazing, so much was included that i didn't expect! By far my highlight was the epic Volcano trek for sunrise and the resort we stayed in on Gili T. It was great to meet and learn about how the local people live. Ive made friends for life. From the moment of booking to the staff in Bali everyone has made my holiday unforgettable. i was travelling through Indonesia for three weeks, the first week i was in Sumatra, second in Java and third one on my itinerary was Bali. The Bali part was booked as 4 days tour, "Bali Authentic Experience 27 - 30 October 2019, sold by The Bali Trip Mate travel agency and I absolutely LOVED it. it happened that i was the only traveller who booked that tour on that date, so it was like me, myself on my private tour. The service provided by The Bali trip mate was exceptional. The tour guide Riki and the driver Diky were unbeatable tandem in their effort and over the border willingness to make my visit to Bali unforgettable, and guess what, they succeeded 100 %. Riki brought history of Bali to life and with charismatic and knowledgeable descriptions i learned so much in such a short time, while Diky the driver, what to say,,, in all that Bali traffic craziness, never for a second i felt unsafe, actually enjoyed the ride very much, so dear Diky keep beeping :) These trip without you, would be just few hundred kilometres more of sightseeing, but with you, it was icing on the cake to my Indonesia experience.
