- Alan· February 15th, 2024Our overall experience was excellent. We paid a bit more for a private tour. Our guide and driver were able to customize the tour to meet out needs. They were able to cover everything we wanted to see even though our time on Bali became limited due to a flight change that caused us to miss half a day. I also have mobility issues. Taking that into account, they were able to streamline some locations to make things manageable without missing the the full experience. They also put in an extra effort for us to enjoy the Bali experience with a variety of fruits and foods. Tour description needs to make clients aware of difficulty of steps involved. Mr. Pepenk confidently navigated the insane and incomprehensible streets and traffic of Bali to get us safely to some of the most extraordinary sights/sites I have ever seen. Mr. Yustus was patient with my questions and full of interesting stories and explanations. The Bali part was booked as 4 days tour, "Bali Authentic Experience 27 - 30 October 2019, sold by The Bali Trip Mate travel agency and I absolutely LOVED it. it happened that i was the only traveller who booked that tour on that date, so it was like me, myself on my private tour. The service provided by The Bali trip mate was exceptional. The tour guide Riki and the driver Diky were unbeatable tandem in their effort and over the border willingness to make my visit to Bali unforgettable, and guess what, they succeeded 100 %. Riki brought history of Bali to life and with charismatic and knowledgeable descriptions i learned so much in such a short time, while Diky the driver, what to say,,, in all that Bali traffic craziness, never for a second i felt unsafe, actually enjoyed the ride very much, so dear Diky keep beeping :) These trip without you, would be just few hundred kilometres more of sightseeing, but with you, it was icing on the cake to my Indonesia experience.
