Good staff, good fellow travellers, saw the scenery, saw the animals (except leopard), got the "feel" and the vibe. Some long transport days and expect cold showers. Overall really enjoyable and good value. Top highlights gorillas and Hot Air ballooning over the Masai Mara. Don't hmm and haa about it just pay the money and do it!!
Amazing trip. Dreams were made a reality. Gorilla trek was incredible. Balloon flight over the Maasai Mara was breath taking. Visiting the Maasai village was amazing. The Kazinga Channel will leave you in awe... Lots of elephants along the river banks. All of it was just wow

"The Gorilla Experience was amazing, but the overall trip was quite poorly planned. It resulted in us travelling on the bus for8-10 hours a day, often arriving at the camp site only an hour before it was dark. If I had known that this was going to be the case, I would have just flown to Uganda and gone straight to the Gorilla Park! Also our guide was not very good- very little information was given so I felt quite disconnected from the countries.

"Plus: many animals encountered (4 of the "big five") and quite close, as they can be approached easily in the park. It was great! Minus: no airport pick-up but in the city center, with a cab to pay extra ($60 return). Park fees also quite high ($200/person). Accommodation a little below our expectations and description (hot and cold water problems).
