  "We were pleased with the design of the tour and the responsiveness of EuroBike. The bikes were in excellent condition and our luggage arrived in a timely fashion each day. There are two issues we had: 1. We received misinformation regarding the first day of the bike and tour documents handover. This created a great deal of uncertainty and confusion. 2. Hotel Asgard in Worms is a hotel that should never be used. It is in a terrible location and doesn’t have air conditioning. The staff were wonderful at the hotel, but the location is very noisy and it is in a very unscenic part of town. There are surely better hotels in Worms than this one.

  "The cruise was primarily for German guests. As there were only 10 English speaking guests on the ship all but one of the port excursions with an English speaking guide were cancelled. I would not recommend A-Rosa because of this.
