What people love about Croatia Tours in June
- Croatia Deluxe Cruise - from Split
Amazing cruise from Split. Spotless and branded new boat. Polite is available the tour leader and the staff on board. Delicious food. Excellent value per money. Highly recommended. Thanks to Marko from NatureTrips for planning our vacation
- Croatian islands cruise + Land tour with Plitvice - from Zagreb
Our ship was changed three times in our printed itinerary, we ended up with which we were extremely pleased with. Every member of the crew was excellent. Our problems did not lie with the cruise. We were told we were going to be picked up at the airport in Zagreb but no one came. I, (Carol Loree Baker) walked up and down the arrival area asking if any of the people there were to pick us up. The information desk at the airport called Tour Radar for us. We were told it be another one and half hours or to take a cab and the would reimburse us. We took the cab, as we had been flying for many, many hours from Canada. Vivienne Welters paid for the cab for the four of us and as of today, she has still not been reimbursed. We were informed that Hotel Dubrovonick was the hotel where our holiday was to begin. We came into Zagreb two days early and booked into that hotel for the two nights prior to starting our tour. After two nights we got a message that we were not booked in Hotel Dubrovonick, but instead were to go to Palace Hotel and that they would send a driver to move the four of us (The Bakers and the Welters) and our luggage to that hotel. After waiting 45 minutes past the time our driver was to arrive, we walked with our luggage to Palace Hotel.ake The tour in Zagreb, The Plitvice Lakes National Parks, The Dubrovonick tour, the cruise were all wonderful We have been telling people to go to Croatia and take a cruise with the Katarina Line. Our problems were more with Tour Radar. Marko had arranged for us to get free transportation from Dubrovonick to Montenegro, only to be told later that we would have to pay for this. Vivienne Welters sent copies of the email where Marko had arranged this. Eventually, with the help of Roko, we were taken to Montenegro, free as Marko had told us. We had the most wonderful holiday, but with the changes that kept popping up, it was very frustrating and stressful.
- Dalmatian Islands Cruise - from Dubrovnik
Our Initial program for Dalmatian Island Cruise was from October 7th 2018 to October 14th 2018 and the itinerary was different and was changed to October 6th 2918 to October 13th and it happened last minutes before we were to depart. Upon arrival we were contacted and the company did the best to accommodate our stay and provided a very good service, transportation , excursion to Montenegro and made our vacation enjoyable.we did enjoyed the new Dalmatian Island itinerary. We thank the company for the services they provided during our stay. Thank You. Alavi
