What people love about Latin America Tours in June
- The Best of Peru & Bolivia Budget: Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machupicchu, Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake or ATV Tour: Moray & Salt Mines, Titicaca Lake, Copacabana, Sun Island, Uyuni Salt Flats & All Lagoons
Naturally, I am not inclined towards taking agent's help as there are a lot of information sources available online, abundant vloger's stories plus online payment convenience everywhere. Things are changing really fast in the tourism industry. However, this time I backed out of my habit. I didn't have any experience with South American culture or language and I wanted to have a positive experience to come back to this amazing nation again. This company didn't disappoint me at all. They booked tickets ahead of time and had informational guides everywhere. I had always time in my itenary to explore things around on my own. The $600 single supplement was quite expensive after paying the total but I think i can move on as I didn't have a dull moment in this trip with this company. Unfortunate things happen always with bad wifi connections or transportation or guide issues but the company was in touch all the times and were responsive to my needs. All the touristy places were safe with extra police and you can get wifi in cafes almost everywhere. Still, I would always recommend to have a sim or wifi connection on your own if you are staying for that long here specially in Bolivia. Keep it up! And Thanks a bunch!
- Mayan Sun Southbound: Boat Rides & Ruins
It was a great trip with a good group of people - very happy we choose the South Bound option as the country side just keep getting prettier! Areas for improvement: additional room keys provided where more than 2 people assigned; tips for drivers included in the tour price (it is not in our culture to tip and we often didn’t have cash on us. The seemingly mandatory tip being included in the tour price would incredibly handy and perfectly acceptable); travel days not starting so early in the morning so there’s time for sleep and breakfast - would rather more time in the morning and arriving at 6pm rather than arriving somewhere at 3pm being hungry and tired; and shorter briefings - instructions only need to be provided once, if we have questions or need to clarify something, we will ask (we’re all adults here!)
- Central American Journey: Rainforests & Ruins
The trip was great, well organized and the locations selected for stopovers all were really nice especially in Nicaragua. The activity selections were quite diverse so what ever you felt like doing you had many options. Accommodation for the whole trip was fine, all the hostels and hotels were clean and I had no issues. Our tour leader Cappie was quite a character. He did an excellent job of answering all our questions and helping to organize everyone. He seemed to as well really enjoy partaking in activities with us which made it a lot of fun and a overall really enjoyable experience .
