Cameron· June 18th, 2020G Adventures cancelled my trip and refused to refund my money. I booked what I thought would be my dream holiday through G Adventures. I saved the 12K and had paid in full. I had also traveled from Australia to the states and was a week away from starting my trip. G adventures canceled my trip and are refusing to refund my money. They are nothing short of thieves, and I am currently taking legal action against them. I cannot believe any company would operate in this manner. Withholding over $10,000, of of someones money is just mind blowing, especially when G Adventures canceled the trip. Any Australians having the same issue, feel free to message via face book. I had a fantastic time with a great group of people. The only feedback I will give G is I feel the CEO guides are pressured to get 9s or 10s in their reviews and hence transmit that to us which made me not leave a review on the G website as I felt I could not be completely honest without harming the tour guides' rating. This culture should change if you want constructive feedback. I loved all 4 of my CEOs on my tour but 2 of them were outstanding (10/10s) and I felt as a result of above, I could not give them the credit they were due without causing harm to the other 2 who were also good but more 7/10s.Show moreTrip date: August 2019
