A very enjoyable experience. From the moment we were picked up at our accommodation in Hanoi we felt we were in good hands. Someone was always on hand to help or answer any concerns. Jess was also on the phone incase of any problems. The activities were enjoyable including kayaking, swimming, visiting the cave and we even caught a squid. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for an easy and enjoyable 2 day 1 night cruise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

David contacted us before the trip very thoughtful. Transfers went well. Very nice boat great food. very attentive staff on the boat. Highly recommend this excursion.

The boat was not 5-stars. TV was broken. Bathroom dirty. Wifi overpriced. Boat condition was maybe a 3-star accommodation. We feel we paid too much for this trip.
