    Very nice balance of long travel days followed more settled sight seeing day. Loved the freetime options occasionally too, often tours are so critivall3timed, no sparetime to shop for souvenirs or just do as you wish. Arjan was a very attentive guide, going above and beyond to help some clients.

    Boat trip on ha long bay was fantastic - food amazing and lots of activities. Our hotel on first night was changed and was disappointing but hotel on return was better

    My friends and I recently returned from a trip to Thailand organized by Prestigo Asia in 12 days. From the moment we landed in Bangkok to departed from Phuket, their services were great. The itinerary was classic but perfectly tailored to our group's interests, including city tours, market visits, and some extended activities in Phuket. Our guide, Lucie, was knowledgeable and friendly, always ensuring we were informed. Hotels were comfortable with authentic local charm. The only minor hiccup was a slight delay with one of our transfers, but it was quickly resolved by Lucie. Overall, Prestigo Asia exceeded our expectations and made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!

    "Billed as a "Real food adventure" I was expecting a generally higher standard of Thai food. Most was cafe or street food quality. Included food was listed as "6 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 4 dinners" but for about half of these meals an allowance of 100 baht was included for meals typically 390 baht plus beverages leaving us to make up the difference. Having spent the time and money to go on that trip I would have no objection to paying more for a higher standard of included meals. Accommodation was adequate as was transport. At 73 I welcomed the large amount of 'free time' but younger people could have felt that more attractions would be welcome. Our guide Kung was excellent, good fun and knowledgeable. I should mention that Kung handled a difficult situation with one of the travelers very professionally much to the relief of our group.

    "Overall good except day to the islands.(James Bond etc) Itinerary says pick up at 7:30, then message it's 8:30. Waited at lobby till 9:20. Would be good if they send message to update the later time as causes anxiety whether tour on. Also requested reception for help but cannot contact anyone as no Thai operator listed.
