What people love about Scotland Tours in August
- Best of Scotland (Summer)
We were impressed that we saw so much of scotland on this tour
- 4-Day Islay & the Whisky Coast Small-Group Tour from Edinburgh Including Admissions
Amazing trip! Keith was an awesome tour guide and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
- 5 Day Skye & Highland Fling
Amazing tour!!!! Neil was incredible!!! Some things we were unable to do due to parking/weather but he always had alternatives that were equal or even better to the activities on the itinerary. His stories about Scotland were equally weird, hilarious and educational. If I am ever in Scotland again I will definitely do the 7 day tour. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Scotland!

What happens in Scotland during August?
August stands as Scotland's premier festival month featuring the renowned Edinburgh Military Tattoo at Edinburgh Castle. The castle grounds come alive with the sounds of bagpipes drums and military displays each evening. The Edinburgh Festival Fringe runs simultaneously turning the city into the world's largest arts festival with thousands of performances across hundreds of venues. Walking through the Royal Mile you'll find street performers comedians and musicians at every corner. Hotels like the InterContinental Edinburgh The George place you right in the festival action.
