We enjoyed his commentary and music and appreciated the effort he put into making the trip so lovely. The very full itinerary took us wonderful places and historic sites and stopped at just the right moment at a visitor centre or equivalent for a leg stretch, a walk or an easy lunch. Heather· August 27th, 2018I was sold the moment James greeted us and started his tour with us. He has such a lovely personality and sold me on Scotland as the best place to visit in the world. It was the most wonderful tour ever. He was exceptional and even when I return to Scotland, i fear no one will never match up to his standards. I think his tour was unsurpassed. My grandson was even captivated by James stories and tourr stops which says a tremendous amount in James favor considering how difficult it is to keep a 16 year old captivated!Show more

The B and B we stayed in had lovely hosts and was spotless, but it was like stepping back into the 1970,s in terms of decor, furniture and beds creaked! Good breakfast.
