Very disappointed by the company in Ghana. They did not fulfill a few items promised and paid for. Useless 2 full days drive to Niger ( and all expenditure) to arrive at night and leave early morning, no time for any promised visit sightseeing. Poor local guides, pushing for contributions Landtours staff did not answer my email, main contact person on holiday for a few days without prior notice to me. Apart from driver, all support was below average. I have Iran trip with you in April. I am considering you for South America trip in August etc. If l do not get compensation and refund for unfulfilled activities and Lost Opportunity from Landtours Ghana, Iran will be my last trip with TourRadar. It was a horror because Explore did not communicate with the agency in a timely manner which conducted the tour. It was not until the last day, after I arrived at the airport, that I received a confirmation that I had requested and paid for a single supplement. Everyday there was an argument about this with the tour guide and for several nights I had a shared room.
