Good coordination to visit the places of interest, enough time to enjoy them. Hotels chosen were regular. Our guide in Marsala and Erice was exceptional.
- by roxanaHad a wonderful trip around Sicily with great guide Rita and the loecal guides who were very knowledgeable and informative. Rita really looked after us and made us feel special and cared for. Sicily was amazing and we were taken to the most incredible sights. The tour was extremely good value for money and the hotels were very good. I read a previous review where the customer complained about the bus not dropping them at the hotel door. This is because the buses can't access some narrow streets and we never walked more than about 100 metres. Everything was smoothly organised. Would highly recommend.

Gema has been not only an incredibly insightful tour guide but has provided help and advice for even the most bespoke questions. Her enthusiasm and drive to ensure all on the tour have an outstanding experience is truly remarkable! I have done several Tru tours previously, but Gema has definitely been a stand out tour guide, which has made an already amazing tour even better! Her ability to corale all in the group and guide them on the best Europe experience really made the tour as memorable as it could be.
- by Thomas Owen DaveyGema is a kind, warm and welcoming tour guide who is enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to ensure everyone on the tour is happy with dinner choices, activities, free time, accomodation, everything you could think of! She is always contactable and is happy to answer any questions/messages/calls you have. Her knowledge of each countries history and landmarks is fantastic, and if she isn’t sure, she will find out your questions for you right away. Gema organises activities for the group to bond over regularly and they are always fun and entertaining! This tour is fast paced, we saw every landmark possible in the places we were staying and walked almost , steps every day! We had the option to go out at night and party if we wanted to and we didn’t feel any pressure to do an activity that didn’t interest us. Unique activities are planned in different countries such as chocolate making in Vienna, historical walking tours in Berlin, and bike riding around lake bled!

This tour of Sicily by Click Tours was extremely well done with a great array of activities. There were 4 couples in the group, and we all got along so well, that we went out as a group every night for dinner. My favorite activities were the Godfather tour, the town of Taormina, lunch at the winery, and the fact that all hotels were in the heart of the city. My least favorite was the trip to the top of Mount Etna, where the guide walked so fast, we never found him at the top of the mountain, and there was really not much to see. Breathing at altitude was a problem for 6/8 of us. If you go a day early, you can eat at the Taormina Four Seasons and relive the scenes from White Lotus. We had a great time and will use this company again for sure.
- by Cathy BambenekThe bus tour is fine but very rushed. Long walks over a mile from the drop off points to the main piazzas is a killer for many people. Dealing with Tour Radar and Click tours is very very frustrating and I hated waiting until just eight days before departure to find out the hotels. The hotel in Florence, the Raffaello, was sub par. The hotel in Venice is far across a bridge in a dark neighborhood with no other stores or restaurants nearby. In Rome, the St Martin is very modern and nice but this tour company books the cheapest room looking into an interior atrium with no daylight. The tour was saved by Sabrina the tour leader and driver Luigi who work for Carrillo Tours in Rome which actually runs the tour. Sabrina is inspired and is a gem. Italy is beautiful it very crowded at times. If you look through the Tour Radar site you will often see the exact same tour offered by different tour wholesalers at very different prices. Search for the one offered by Carrillo Tours. It is the genuine article. Don’t be fooled.

Ri made the tour fun and was very educational
- by AmyI had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable European adventure with Riana as our guide on a Contiki trip, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment we set foot in Europe, Riana’s enthusiasm, energy, and expertise transformed our journey into something truly special. She has an incredible ability to connect with everyone, making each person feel seen and valued, all while sharing her deep knowledge of European history, culture, and hidden gems. We had the best trip and we owe it to Ri!!

Henry was an excellent driver. Throughout the trip, he shared stories with us and never once let us be late. He kept everything running smoothly, and for that, I want to thank him first. Our guide, Miranda, was also an impressive professional. On a tour filled with so much history, it would have been incomplete without her. The 4-star hotels lived up to their ratings, and the group size was manageable, which was a big plus. Many thanks to everyone involved!
- by Callum W.All the places we visited were already world-renowned, so there's no need to praise the itinerary. The hotels were very comfortable, though at one of them, I found the staff to be quite dismissive and rude. I’ve already reported this to customer service, so I won’t mention any names here. Overall, the meals were tasty and had a good variety. I have no complaints about the guides and drivers either; I believe they did their job well.

This was my first time with Tourradar. From start to finish I had no issues or problems planning my vacation. We had a small group which gave us an opportunity to become very close, which made our vacation even more memorable. In addition we had a fantastic tour guide. Francesco made sure that each and every day was fun and exciting. I hghly recommend this company and will absolutely use them in the future.
- by Bozena DakakeGroup Leader/CEO told us that G Adventures knows that the itinerary isn't feasible and won't fix it. He said that the hikes and optional activities either didn't exist, were too difficult or weren't available. We were left in the countryside without access to taxis, so we were stuck with no activities to even arrange on our own. The CEO stated that the coastal path of Cinque Terre is too difficult and would take more than two days to complete. He also said the morning hike through the hillside villages near San Donato Fronzano to Castello dei Bonsi does not exist. Overall, very disappointed and won't trust G Adventures for future trips.

Trip was good. Everything was as expected except hotel in last city had our reservation except it was for the wrong year and they had no available rooms.
- by Michael SelbyFirst, I missed somewhere in the description this was an independent tour, no guide. I was however able to have the freedom to do things I hadn’t originally planned. Hotels were good, and close to train stations!

First the positive. Olbia, Maddalena, and Bonifacio are beautiful. The waters are crystal clear. The sailing is amazing. The approach to Corsica is particularly stunning. The captain was extremely competent and we always felt safe. We only had 3 people plus the captain on the boat, which made the accommodations comfortable enough (8 people would have been way too many for me). On the not so positive side, the beaches were just ok and the snorkeling was unimpressive. We did not experience any walking trails nor much wild life. Breakfasts and lunches were all on the boat, as were 4 dinners. It was not our understanding that, literally, the captain’s only responsibility was to sail the boat. He didn’t help with paying for, preparing, or cleaning up after meals. With only the 3 passengers, this meant that on our vacation, we took care of him. We called him when lunch/dinner was ready and cleaned his dishes when we were all done. He didn’t seem particularly appreciative nor did he reciprocate in any way. He didn’t offer tips on walking trails or comment on wild life opportunities. He took the zodiac out once, on request. Basically, he dropped anchor and we were on our own. Overall, it was a beautiful trip but it didn’t totally live up to the expectations set by the itinerary.

Areas we travelled were amazing! Beaches of Southern Italy were mind blowing! I liked the mix of free time on our own activities.

A decent tour that is basically accommodation and transport covered. Most days are yours to do as you wish. There are plenty of optional excursions and upgrades that we took up at extra costs. All the accommodation was in fantastic locations near trains and/or taxis. The Republic hotel in Rome was the definition of perfect. Great service, room and location. Beware in Europes winter some hotels turn off air conditioning and just have heating which in one case the room was quite stifling. The Rialto Hotel in Venice was at the foot of the Rialto Bridge so location was brilliant. We were in fits of laughter over the decor though! We upgraded to some private transfers and our driver Massimo in Como deserves a special mention for being the best! Absolute gentleman, extremely helpful and just the nicest man.

To begin, I had a good time on this trek. The local guide was capable, funny, and experienced. What I didn’t like was that, by booking through Bucket List, I paid twice as much for the same trek as nearly everyone else on the trek who booked through other brokers or directly through Cairn. There was one other person of 11 of us who booked through Bucket List, and the only thing we got that others didn’t was a shared hotel room on the first and last day of the trek. According to the hotel receipt, that cost was just over $200 per night, or about $100 for each of us since we shared. That definitely didn’t justify an additional charge of over $1700 each more than what other people on the same trek paid. We assumed that, since it was 9 days and cost quite a bit more, we were getting something unique for our money. We didn’t. Food was not even provided on the first day or the last evening, so calling it a 9-day trek was an exaggeration. It was 7 days, like what everyone else signed up for at a much cheaper cost. Also, because we paid so much, we would have expected there to be more than one guide for 11 people. We had a very fast group and a normal-paced group among us. No matter what, one group didn’t have a guide because he couldn’t be in two places at once. This made navigating the sometimes precarious trails a little tricky. Overall, the trek was quite an adventure, but I feel very cheated by this company and do not recommend booking with them.

Trip was well organised and everything was really easy to navigate even in a foreign country! The tour guides who were lovely and wonderful for showing us around and giving insider tips on places to eat/ things to do in our free time. The hostels organised were also lovely to stay in and convenient locations to get around, and Italy on a Budget was really easy to contact if we needed assistance with anything! Definitely would recommend :)
- by Anika HettipathiranaThis adventure seemed new when I booked and didn't have enough reviews but I went ahead as the itinerary looked great and matched our dates. The itinerary and people behind "Italy on a budget" and "Italy on Wheels" exceeded our expectations. We are a mid 40's couple and the places we were taken to where outstanding from a Tuscany famous winery, top cooking classes, to a night tour around Florence or the spa night and dinner. It was magical! There was two small glitches in the itinerary, not this company but their partner's, but the team was quick to respond to fix it. I am personally thrilled with the caring service we got. Thanks to Alessandro, Antonello, Veronica, Anastacia and many others that made this trip wonderful. Ci vediamo presto amici !

Tour was good overall. A bit intense, sometimes disorganized and late but the guides did everything they could to make things up. This tour could improve by eliminating a couple of stops that are not that relevant. In trying to make more interesting by visiting as many places as possible, the overall tour is tight, rushed and hectic.
- by FreddyClient service Is bad. They aren't nice and kind. They aren't flexible at all. The tour was ok. The last tour guide was excellent however, Im not sure I'll take another tour with Europamundo cause the cliente service is very bad
