Colca Canyon Tour Companies

Communication with local operator could be improved, especially for feedback on opening hours of museums/sites for booked tour dates.

Well organized tour that started from being picked up to being dropped back tp the airport. I am thankful to PV Travels, Andrea (our tour coordinator) and all the tour guides we met along the way. What a beautiful city, Arequipa is. And to see the condors gliding with the canyon as the backdrop gave me goosebumps. I will give this tour a 10 !!!

Everything was excellent, the guides' attention was very good

It has been a FANTASTIC trip. First of all because we have enjoyed a lot of the country, the food, the kindness of the people, extraordinary with us. And second, because of the great quality of the work you have done. We could not be better taken care of! The hotels were fabulous, and everything has been easy. The scheduled trips always on time at the airport and the hotel, and showing themselves charming with us. In addition to the guides, great professionals, with whom we have enjoyed a lot (All of them have been fantastic, but I would like to emphasize to Mauricio, the guide who picked us up in Arequipa and accompanied us through the Colca Valley.

Once again a dream that I realize Gorgoeous trip. This trip will not so fantastatic without Carmen our tour leader. She has excellent knowledge who was passionate about her country and love to share her culture and heritage with the group. She did that with her heart. Very good other guide also Keke for the Colca Canyon,... Varied activities, historical, homestay (communities), landscape, some animals (condors, other birds...), pisco sour, ... And also the wonderfull Inca trail (Yes I did it ;-))).Magic moments when we arrive to see the Matchu Pitchu after the 4 days of the trail. In more very good group good mood, atmosphere, ecouragments, partying... Good accomodation (big room, good located, ), good oragnized, excellent night bus (very confortable, space realy better than in Europe) . There are some long travel but it is like that. I come back with a lot of stars in my eyes !

The first few days were a little hectic and some of the included visits were rushed or on one occasion missed out. The Inca trail section was well organized though I found tough going. The jungle part was very disappointing, accommodation and facilities were great however no animals seen or heard, few birds.
