The tour was well paced and offered breathtaking scenery, wonderful food and was a great way to experience Ireland. Vinny was a great guide. Funny, kind and always seemed to know his the right about of time at each spot to take things in. Not feel rushed but also keep things moving along. Highly recommend.
- by Susan McAllisterThe itinerary was just what we were looking for. Though the days are long, there is a good mix of group, individual and down time. Plenty of comfort breaks. Timing at each stop was just about perfect. We were disappointed to miss Dingle due to bad weather - it would have been nice to have had an alternative plan for bad weather days. Dan "the Man," could not have been better guide or driver. He's a renaissance man that is steeped in knowledge of everything Ireland. We learned so much from Dan about Irish history, geology, ecology, flora and fauna, literature, politics, religion, industry, and culture. When he wasn't educating us, he was entertaining us by reciting Gaelic poetry, singing beautiful Irish folk songs, and charming us with his delightful sense of humor. Dan cast an Irish spell on us - he might just be a leprechaun. Overall we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this trip and Dan.

Fantastic first tour group experience for us. Our tour guide, Lee Jones, was outstanding and was key to our enjoyment of the tour. From playing music selections, to relating the history and anecdotal stories all apropos to our geographic locations, he added a richness to the experience that was unique to our tour bus. We all felt we were lucky to have him as our tour guide. The pace of the tour was just right to give us time at each site and in each town we stayed. When a storm warning derailed our outdoor plans on one day, Lee scheduled alternative activities, which were paid for by the tour operator! I would highly recommend Irish Experience Tours for your trip to Ireland, especially if you can get Lee as your tour guide😊

Great experiences, quality hotels and outstanding tour guide and driver
- by Naida Elizabeth AgnewTravel Director and Driver were excellent. The coordination of logistics was superb. The only negative is the schedule didn’t allow sufficient “free time” at some stops, particularly in Gulway.

Loved it all BB at Killarney was so much better then motels Probably earlier consultation on booking extras Would love doing the cliffs in evening instead of morning
- by Rosemary GibsonThis was a terrific trip. We saw a lot and the guides were wonderful I do object to the representation that the trip "starts in Dublin". We were merely given a train ticket from Dublin to Killarney, and had to change trains.....we were then met in Killarney. I would have preferred to have had the option to simply begin in Killarney.

My experience was spectacular. Our guide was Mark and he made sure we enjoyed our trip fully. He was an excellent guide. The trip was organized perfectly. The guesthouses and hotels were unique, making the trip even better. I was a solo traveler and during the trip, I met lovely people and shared nice experiences with them. I wouldn’t have been able to discover Ireland alone, but this trip made my expectations exceed. Thank you Mark Thank you Overland Ireland
- by Annie BarseghyanPar was our guide on sept 15 tour. Excellent guide. His sharing of Ireland history and culture was very helpful. The tour is excellent and hits great highlights of the Ireland countryside. The active tour was a great fit for us. Loved the tour

Daniel Henry is an excellent tour guide very well organised in his work and seeing to all our individual needs. The tour was a little tiring having to move on to a different destination almost everyday but well deserved effort to enjoy the beauty of every destination

This was a wonderful experience. All amazing the trails, the accomadations, the food. If you like to hike but enjoy a cozy place to sleep this is a great option. We will book again.

Something for everyone in our small group of 14. Our driver and guide, Edward, safely drove us through a variety of countrysides and several city tours and was always polite, amusing, helpful and on time. The hotels were well organised with great breakfasts and in excellent locations (though our room almost always faced the noisy streets in the city hotels!). The weather was dull for July - we'd just missed teh Summer! - but ranged from drizzle to 24 degrees.

If you have to do a tour, because Irish roads are scary and the signs in towns are confusing, McKinlay Kidd is a good choice.
