After reviewing your trip log, we note that You were provided with the visiting times well in advance of the tour, which are the normal times for the trip! One of the company was in constant contact with you and responded quickly to your questions and your guides were with you throughout the trip, Sometimes waking up early is normal on tourist trips. As for the last night, it was actually a hotel and not an apartment and this was your request, you actually requested to stay in the closest hotel to the airport and left the specified trip hotel We always strive to provide the best service to our customers, and we are sorry to hear that your experience was not as you expected.
