Dear Pamela, thank you for your review. Although you have reserved your cruise with a different agency and not Tour radar. The miscommunication in the reservation occurred with the changing the reservation dates for 3 years because of the circumstances with the pandemic. The confirmation and invoice sent to the agency was for the cruise we had you booked on. When boarding we have done all it was possible in that circumstances and provided you with the alternatives and un upgrade to a higher category cruise and higher category vessel in the end. We are sorry that you did not enjoyed the cruise in the end. We have done all on our part that we could to prevent that. Kind regards Marin
