Dear Gwyneira, Thank you for your comment in order to clarify several points objectively. From the beginning, communication with you was challenging, mainly because it was handled through your assistant. On multiple occasions, the service voucher sent well in advance was not reviewed, despite clearly outlining all conditions of the trip. In Mexico City, you were specifically asked whether you wanted to do the city tour by bicycle. Your response was affirmative, and you also indicated that any coordination should be done through your assistant. For this reason, the guide was informed and had the bicycles ready for the tour. It is also important to note that during your stay in Mexico City, you told us—and we have this in written messages—that you were very happy with the guide and considered him excellent services. It is essential to clarify that the tour you purchased clearly specifies the hotel category: 3-star hotels, and those were exactly the accommodations provided. What you purchased were private services, which explains the cost, as private guides and private transportation involve higher labor costs. Throughout the trip, you had private guides for the contracted tours and 24/7 remote assistance, exactly as stated in the voucher. In Cancun, at 7:30 p.m. you requested a change to the pickup time. However, the voucher clearly states that pickup times are confirmed one day in advance, due to operational, weather, and logistical reasons determined by each local operator. Despite this being clearly stated, there was complete resistance to accepting this condition. At no point did the itinerary include a vehicle, driver, or translator during free days, as mentioned multiple times in your comment. Free days were clearly identified as such from the beginning. We fulfilled every service exactly as described in the voucher and as contracted. There were no services promised or sold beyond what was documented in writing. We appreciate your feedback, as it also helps us continue improving our processes.
