Radar Rendezvous
TourRadar saw a record number of bookings roll in from our travel agent community in 2023, and so in 2024, we are looking for a way to give back to those of you who have provided us with the most support. Radar Rendezvous is TourRadar’s first ever booking incentive program, and is a big thank you to our top agents. It’s an epic opportunity for our top agents to punch their ticket to an exclusive, expenses-paid South African adventure in September.
It’s a new year, and so we’re clearing the slate and giving everyone the same starting line. To be eligible to earn your unforgettable South African journey, all you need to do is register as an agent with TourRadar and… start booking trips. It’s just that simple.

The Program
The five travel agents with the most points over that 10-week period earn their spot on the South African adventure.
Let’s talk bonus points. During the program period, each passenger you book on an adventure that:
- Includes at least one overnight in South Africa; or
- Travels with our participating operator, ATC (Member of TUI Group) counts as two points toward your total.
Book Now! Every Passenger Counts.
The Prize
TourRadar has partnered with our friends at South African Tourism and ATC (Member of TUI Group) to put together an expenses-paid, private adventure through South Africa for our top five travel agents.
International and domestic flights will be included, and the trip is scheduled to take place between September 8 and 18, 2024.
The itinerary starts with an immersion into Cape Town’s kaleidoscope of colors, where you’ll enjoy sightseeing through the vibrant surrounds of Bo Kaap and Cape Malay before the journey moves east along the coast. Experience the world's best land-based whale watching in Hermanus, a seaside dinner in Arniston, an ostrich farm tour and a hearty feast in Oudtshoorn and a scenic Route 62 drive to Wellington for a distinctive wine tasting. After a quick flight north, you’ll pay a visit to Johannesburg's poignant Apartheid Museum before heading toward Kruger National Park, where you’ll be based for two nights at a safari lodge, and will have the chance to spot the Big Five over multiple drives through the park with your naturalist guides.
The adventure of a lifetime awaits! 🌟
