A well organised tour. Our guide was fantastic and really made the trip for us. Communication was excellent. We were never in any doubt what to expect. Everyone on our tour loved him. The itinerary was good and we felt it was enough time in each place but that's because we're not really into cities. We felt we had time to see everything we wanted to do.

Hotels were great, breakfasts were phenomenal. The coach was spacious and comfy. Tour guides were very good.
- by Margaret L C BrownOverall, a great trip! A few transportation issues with the actual Tour Operator. Bring you comfortable walking shoes too; a couple of days over 20K steps!

This was a combined trip/s from Berlin to Budapest and then Budapest to Spit so I had an experience with two different tour groups. The scenery and history is explained so well by our tour guide and learning more about the Serb/Bosnian war was invaluable. Auschwitch was cold, wet and raining and it depicted the conditions under which these people had to survive. Very moving day indeed for all. Budapest has such beautiful scenery and lovely icecream, cakes and chocolates! Spit is a walled city and I was there before the crowds which made it more comfortable for all.

I enjoyed the tour very much. The city tours were quite comprehensive with knowledgable guides. The optional tours were well worth the additional cost. The tour was well-organized. Only breakfasts were included in the basic tour; they were of variable quality.
- by Michael RatschTour was very good. Good balance between excursions and optional free time. Tour leader Elina was excellent. Some of local guides were...ok... bus and hotels were clean and comfortable. The only item I would add is to include city tour in each major city. Elina tried to cover it while we were traveling between cities but that was not full tour unfortunately. Overall - strongly recommend

Got to see many countries in a very short period of time but it didn't feel rushed. Europamundo is a very professional company and our tour guide is very knowledgeable and ensured all guests were well looked after. The accommodation they arranged were excellent and very comfortable. The coach/bus was very comfortable and plenty of space. I enjoyed meeting people from different countries. This was a very well organised tour and I will definitely travel with Europamundo again.
- by Miguel WuYes ...the tour was fantastic... Very well organized... Hotels are fantastic... Best of all the guide K.N.Bijo...he was the best guide I came across... He is very knowledgeable... friendly... I was amazed by his multitasking abilities at the same time giving best friendly service lvto fellow passengers... I like to mention one particular service he provided... I accidentally forgot to pick up my main luggage at Copenhagen hotel... All my important staffs were there... He worked with me constantly to get the luggage back.. but as ups is not able to deliver the luggage on time.. he talked to the management of Copenhagen hotel to keep it in safe custody.. eventually after a month when tour ends. I picked up the luggage from hotel. .during an after the tour ... He was communicating with hotel about the luggage and provided updates to me.... I think he went beyond his regular duty to help a fellow passengers.. his always similing compassionate face is engraved in my mind...In my opinion I will definitely tell that he is the best tour guide and I am grateful to Tour radar for providing best of best service...prabir saha

It was a good, well organised tour led by Janis.
- by Suresh BartlettMy friend and I had a wonderful time in Lithuania. There were a couple things that definitely need improvement. At the Rinno hotel in Vilnius we were not aware there was no elevator. Upon arrival, the hotel host was kind enough to take our luggage up three flights of stairs. Leaving early in the morning, no hotel clerk was there to help. So we both struggled getting our bags down the stairs. There needs to be arrangements made for the guest before hand if they need help with their bags. Secondly, taking the car back to the airport was a horrible experience. Never given any direction on where to drop the car off. Just the airport. We asked the guy who picked us up and delivered us the car. He response was…at the airport. If we had not been early we may have missed our flight trying to figure out where to leave the car. Not reading or speaking Lithuanian made it very hard. That was not acceptable as the hospitality industry. This may seem harsh but it is exactly how it happened. Hopefully it will get addressed and be improved for future travelers. Thank you kindly, Charlotte Beard

The tour provided a good appetizer of the places visited. Accommodation was good to very good and our tour guide Ivanka went out of her way to satisfy all your participants. Some of the vans could have been more comfortable otherwise everything was fine. We enjoyed exploring Central Europe lead by Intrepid and would do it anytime again. There were so many highlights like Prague Old Town, Parliament building in Budapest, Krakau Old Town, the many traditional restaurants we visited and the sights

I had a wonderful trip visiting all 3 Baltic States. Alex the overall tour guide was friendly, easy to talk to and work with. He was very knowledgeable on the history and cultures of the 3 Baltic countries. The hotels that where picked where very nice and well taken care of. And the country and site specific guides where very nice and knowledge.
- by Devin RansomGuides including local city guides and palace guides were great Logistics especially combination of several groups onto very large buses was not as anticipated or advertised

- by Ilga Aija Salnajs-ShakesLoved the Baltic Vision tour led by Jaanis. The trip was very well paced, the accommodations were pleasing, and the scenery and venues were beautiful. I was awstruck as to the beauty of the three Baltic countries. There was some walking involved but not of a strenuous nature. I would recommend this trip to anyone. Our guide, Ieva, was attentive and knowledgeable. I give it a 4 out of five only because I've had a better experience with another tour company.
- by Thomas KimbleThis was my first Explore tour and overall was good. The guide was professional but I didn't really connect with her, I think she only spoke to me once to confirm I didn't have a transfer booked at the end. Her commentary was monotonous and most people zoned out. There were local guides in most places (you need to pay EUR25 to a kitty as a tip for these guides and the driver which she managed). The hotels were generally good locations, quality varied as usual on a tour, some a little quirky and Riga was lovely but being in the centre of the old town was noisy from people walking past all night from the bars and a number of people didn't get much sleep. The bus was the biggest disappointment. It was very old, had broken seat backs and seat belts but as technically there were 16 working seats it was classed as ok. We also didn't have any air for the first 6 days till they got someone to look at it. We had 16 people on our tour and all were very nice, a good mix of nationalities, 3 couples but majority single travellers. I found the tour well paced with multiple nights in most locations and got to see the countries more than just the capitals. I had a couple of extra nights at the beginning of the end, which I recommend as there's not enough time in Tallin or Vilnius on the tour (in my opinion).

Super well organized, fabulous city tours, beautiful hotels, nice drivers and a wonderful bike route. ???? Highly recommended! Our next tour will definitely be planned with Tourradar again! ????????????
- by Heike BitzerThe Baltic bike tour from Tallinn to Vilnius was and excellent experience. The riding was generally flat and through interesting country. There was quite a lot of time spent in the minibus but this was inevitable due to the distances to be covered between cycle legs. Hotels and the breakfasts included were all good, some better than others of course but generally nothing to complain about. The bikes were very good, light and with easy gearing. Seats were super comfortable. Some of the maps and instructions (especially for the section into Klaipeda) need an update.
