Vitor was a terrific host. We had such a wonderful time travelling through Mexico with him and Intro Travel. He cared about our comfort and enjoyment! Stunning country to visit abd we loved the mix of travellers :)
- by Nicola RussellI had recently completed the Viva Mexico tour that departed on 20th July and was led by the awesome Vitor and local guide John Paul. The tour was awesome from day 1 and well organized and run with the perfect mix of culture and relax time. The group was great and I was fully able to enjoy my time in Mexico.

We had a fantastic México Colonial Cities tour! We saw beautiful cities and learned so much about Mexico. Javier was our online tour operator/guide. He was always friendly and professional, and would text us our itinerary for the next day including our tour info, hotel, and our driver’s info. The hotels and tours were just what we would have chosen for ourselves. However, if you want a tour guide with you and you want to travel with a group of people throughout the tour, then this isn’t the tour for you. For my husband and I, it was perfect. Everything was arranged for us, yet it was just the two of us, and we had the flexibility to explore on our own restaurants and the cities during our free time. Javier was always available online if we had questions. For 4 of our walking tours, it was just the 2 of us and our guides - all the guides were great! We highly recommend this tour and will be traveling with Tour Radar again.
- by Beth Meyer-FrankLanded in Mexico to have received another updated and newly created schedule. This one now contained NO Day of the Dead activity, not 1. (The tour we booked was Day of the Dead experience). I cannot express my disappointed on this. We traveled at this time of year for this event, booking this trip and it was ALL removed from the tour. Originally told it was all removed as F1 was on and things were now stripped back for our tour. An endless supply of excuses were given to the group when questioning where the Day of the Dead experience was within the schedule. Like I have said I cannot express enough the sadness of the group of now not getting to experience Day of the Dead. Further changes occured throughout the trip at the discretion of the different 3rd party tour guides enlisted to run the tour that day. Each night someone in the group would have to text the tour operator to find out the time and place to meet the next tour guide. Which again was an annoyance we did not expect when signing up for a fully provided tour. Poorly provided hotels for the stays and often with incorrect sleeping arrangements or occupant names listed. Which made it difficult to obtain bookings at times and numerous difficult conversations with hotel reception staff was had. Meals arrangements were also changed. Originally dinner listings for the tour were sold to us, later this became lunch listings, that later also disappeared completely. After much complaining this all became a dinner at one of the run down hotels we were staying in. However, we were then abused by the reception staff as the card left to cover the meal was declined and we were told we now had to cover this cost. (We did not pay, assume it was resolved) After 7/8 days of complaining about tour guides, missing tour guides, hotels, meals, schedule changes an effort was made it seems to help us forget about the disastrous trip and upgraded on our last 2 nights stay in Mexico city to a much nicer hotel and a packed final day of activities. All a little to late for most involved The group all signed up with the idea it was a private tour with our own bus/travel vehicles as outlined in tour details. This was not always the case as we found ourselves on a tour bus with 20 other people revisiting sites from the pervious day on one occasion. Mexico it self is a lovely city and country and perhaps if I had traveled at another time of the year I might be slightly less disappointed with my experience as it's well worth a visit. However, if you are after a well organised, smooth running trip with Day of the Dead do not choose this one.

Thoroughly enjoyed the cities and tours associated with our excursion. The tour guide was very professional and accommodating. The accommodations were good for the most part with only two exceptions. The transportation to the many sites included was adequate except for one or two transfers. Not all the options or tours in the itinerary were available. The guide was exceptional in providing alternatives.

Interprid is a great company. Environmentally friendly, very well organized m. The trip was very well planned and varied. We saw and learned a lot in 2 weeks in this great country. I always felt very safe. Our tour guide Sabina was great. She had everything under control and was warm and very helpful. Any time again.
- by Zoe WildA wonderful adventure through Mexico's charming cities and picturesque pre-Hispanic ruins in the central, southern and southeastern regions of the country. Incredible food and fun with a great group and trip leader.

Excellent tour guide Christina. And driver, Patricia. I notice that I paid too much at $1200, as a single passenger. Published rates were $400 times two, for single rate. I feel ripped off. Very difficult to call Tour Radar for assistance when one of your telephone numbers was not working for several days.
- by Marshall Michael FreemanWe only received our documents by a link in an email after we had left home. It said I should print the documents for presentation to accommodation and tour operators. I was unable to print them and my phone wasn't working so I couldn't even access them. They should be ready weeks before the trip.

If you are a history buff this trio is just for you. The trio covers all the UNESCO world heritage cities where every building is a slice of Spanish Colonial history.
- by Sheela JeevaIt was a wholesome experience of all the colonial cities and villages of Mexico. Most of the cities visited were Unessco World Heritage sites. So it was like a journey through history in to the past .

- by Ghizlane BelhajThe place is good by itself, but the tour management is not worth booking through the tour! I booked the tour through Christmas and New Year before the long holidays with my wife. As it shows that it is still available, I booked a prior travel date for a week. Then, you must confirm the tour and wait for a reply to the itinerary. At first, the staff said that I would get the itinerary in 1-2 days, but I got it after 4 days with lots of unexpected edits. First, the entrance fee was increased from what they posted. Second, the entrance fee for Chichen Itza was not included ($44/pp). At first, they did not state that I had to pay for this. Then, on the departure date, the staff just texted me that they did not have any partner to pick us up from the airport to the hotel. It was a minute change, but the staff did great by trying to refund $50 for the taxi fee. . Then, when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel did not have a queen/king bedroom for us. So, I contacted the agent, but she could not help anything on this even though she said she booked the queen bed for us. . The bus tickets are booked daily, and it also caused us to delay travel for 2 hrs as it did not have enough seats for the bus in the scheduled time from the itinerary. . The staff also gave me the wrong name for my first bus ticket. Luckily, the bus staff did not take it seriously. The tour staff is willing to help if something happens in that situation. That’s great, but having no wrong ticket at the beginning is better. . It was hard to connect to the staff, especially in the morning (8-9 am). . Some additional fees are not stated in the itinerary. And, of course, if you don’t pay, you cannot enter that place (Cenotes). . Tour staff does not know what will affect the tour, so I asked her before travel if the holiday will affect our trip. And she said no. However, some of the places are closed, and we cannot get inside to get the regular tour (some churches). . The next one is the partner or local guide, mostly pick up at a later than scheduled time for 15-20 mins. . According to the itinerary, the local guides had to drop us at the hotel, but some of them just said it was a traffic jam downtown and let us walk back to the hotel by ourselves!! . Lastly, local tours will change some of the tours, and you cannot do anything about that. I should get a small group tour to Chichen Itza (14 pax with van), but I got a tour by bus! Also, they gave a last-minute change: I had to walk to the meeting point alone as they could not pick me up at the hotel due to traffic. However, the tour changes to the bus, making it easier for them to wait in just one place. Because I got a message to meet up at another hotel and then end up with walk back to another place to get the bus which is not close to the told hotel at all. . I would not recommend getting this tour as it has a lot of hidden information and is confusing, even though the tour was booked through an agency. If you have no time to book everything by yourself, it is still a good choice to go with it but keep in mind that there are hidden fees and surprises from local guides on many trips.

The tour guides exceeded our expectations. Our itinerary was great and accommodation was all very good. Well managed. We will definitely recommend this company to our family and friends.
- by Blake DuncanI am so happy I chose agate to arrange my holiday. Best choice! Hassle-free in all aspects! Tour guides that spoke English were top notch. The only disappointing thing was the last hotel. Something wrong with the hot water during stay. Anyway, thank you for a memorable holiday.

I have been with Tour Radar over 5 years with exceptional service until recently on a 7 day trip to Cabo San Lucas. The company handling our trip was BAMBA Travel. I was put up in a hotel 18 miles away from Cabo San Lucas for two nights. The hotel was supposed to be a 3 star, however, at best is was a 1 star. No hot water for 2 days, no ice, no pool as sated, no breakfast as stated. We spent approx. $200 in transportation cost to get back and forth from our vacation destination. Surprisingly, we NEVER saw a tour guide from the first day and until we departed Mexico. Our last excursion was change at the last minute to an alternate tour agency and consolidated us with a group that only spoke Spanish and neglected our personal safety as we had no instruction about boat safety or sea lions proximity, and rock formation safety. We simply got hand gestures and yelled at because they did not speak English. Vacation are supposed to be fun and memorable and we understand glitches can occur, however, a travel agency should be their to resolve, fix, or suggest other opportunities to tourist. We were never afforded anything until after the fact of our issues. My wife is infuriated with the service given by Bamba travel that we may find a better travel agency other than Tour radar. Any suggestions, please send info Thanks. Dr. Oksana & Alonzo Marroquin
- by Alonzo MarroquinWe loved the travels! It was a good mixture between highlights and 'traveling'. It is an organized tour, meaning if people booked it on the same dates, it can be that you are traveling together. Some of the traveling days are long, be aware of that together with the temperatures in these regions. The contact with the organization went good! When something is unclear or you have questions someone is available at all times.

You take this tour for the butterfly experience. Even though environmental factors made this year a lesser year the experience was awesome. The first sight we went to had no live butterflies. The scheduled second sight had no butterflies but they found us a place that had a lot of butterflies. To see so many butterflies was great. This tour is much less expensive than so many other options. The food, accommodations and tour guide/driver were very good. To get to the butterflies is a pretty significant hike at altitude, so make sure you can handle the physical demands. This tour also included anthropology and archeology components that were not our interest area. If you are booking for next year, ask questions about the number of butterflies relative to previous years and I would avoid the last weeks as the butterflies sometimes leave early, as they did this year.
- by Louann TummonsGreat experience! Quite amazing to learn about and SEE the Monarch migration, in three separate ways, gorgeous locations, gorgeous weather. Really enjoyed the bit of challenge in reaching the Monarch sanctuaries, gave us an exclusive time with the butterflies with no-one else around. Our guide, Clemente Rodriguez, was excellent. Took very good care of us, taught us plenty, and made sure our time was well spent with lots of enjoyable options. Accommodations were very good, transportation nice, and food plentiful. Highly recommend.
