A busy week with an exceptional and personable guide. Mike Brown did all he could to make our experience in yellowstone and the grand tetons a lifetime experience. We were very happy, if exhausted by the tour.

Beautiful places, less good company as I ended up with an almost exclusively Chinese group, including tour guides, so a lot of Chinese was spoken. It was also a wild mix of different tours, so groups were constantly meeting and splitting up again and everything was a bit chaotic. Nevertheless, it was a very nice trip.
- by Rebecca LetmatheI have been on a few tours, including the excellent European whirlwind(Trafalgar ) booked through Tour radar last year, but this is by far the worst. The tour finished today. We reached LA around 9 pm and were just dumped on the side of the road on the footpath where it later turned out that ONLY tour buses are allowed to stop and that too for sightseeing. No information about this potential problem was given. Uber and other cars could not enter the carpark in Farmer's market and passengers were pushing heavy luggage around trying to find where those cars could pick them up.The tour guides had left the bus 4 hours ago in Vegas and the regular driver left in Barstow due to company policy. The new driver would not unload the suitcases and was shouting at us for loading the bus wrongly. (All loading was by previous driver and he had been good.).He refused to unload them because " he hadn't done the loading" . So passengers,(everyone over 60 and a couple over 80 ), had to climb into the luggage area and unload by themselves. The guides were ok but the bizzare company policy whereby everyone leaves after collecting tip money is not acceptable. At least one person should have stayed to make sure everyone was safe.We had to stay around at farmer's market for 45 minutes because the person who was supposed to pick up the 80 year old lady (from India ) could not find a way to get to her. We couldn't simply leave her to get mugged in a deserted , poorly lit corner of an empty car park. All in all, reasonable sightseeing but poor pre-tour communication and organisation and somewhat lax attitude with poor accountability in terms of leaving paying customers to fend for themselves and that too after 9 pm in a deserted, poorly lit corner of LA. The mind boggles. Tour Radar must look into this and make sure the company tightens up. Your credibility is at stake too and one day it could well be a tragedy if some defenceless person gets mugged or worse because the company cares two hoots about customer safety. Until they have improved, neither this or the associated should be coming up in Tour Radar searches.( Interestingly, different company names have been used for different passengers. Some had booked through AAA, some through Amadeo etc). I will not be recommending this company even though the guides were friendly and mostly helpful. The last few hours of the tour certainly left a bad taste in everyone's mouth but that's a problem with the company and probably not controllable by the guides. Poor ending to a reasonable tour. It was an entertaining and learning experience for us. Our tour guide, Chloe made the tour very entertaining as well as educational. We learnt lots of things about Death Valley and relevant cultural history which we never knew. About 10 hours tour never had a dull moment. The van was very comfortable and Chloe’s perfect driving made it a very safe tour. We wish to do more tours with this company with tour guide like Chloe. Chloe never rushed us at any moment of the tour. She always was aware of our various needs.
- by Debabrata SenHave never been to DV so we were able to see alot in one day It. Chloe was very informative very knowledgeable Good trip from Las Vegas.

I was not well when I commenced this tour but the tour guide cared for me until I improved. Niagara Falls and the beautiful colours of the autumn leaves along the highways were all amazing. Being next to an Amish female on the horse drawn carriage and learning about their lifestyle and family was a definite highlight. Philadelphia had lots of soup kitchens and people lined the streets for miles which was sad. New York City is vibrant and full of people but I prefer the countryside with peace and quiet.
- by Lee AtkinsonThe Utah Mighty Five with G Adventures was a great experience and worth the cost. It exceeded my expectations,

Quark cancelled the cruise because of Covid 19 but has refused to refund our $9,030 deposit. Etihad airlines refunded our flight money but Quark refuses, saying we have credit until 2023. How laughable is that. My husband will be 83 in 2023 and there is no real prospect of the Australian Government allowing us as Australians to leave Australia in the foreseeable future. Quark is therefore shamelessly pocketing thousands of dollars of us and no doubt others.. The pandemic has meant that future travel will always be uncertain, Other companies like Ponant are being far more understanding so avoid Quark. They have no ethics and are greedy. You have been warned and I am disgusted.
- by Sue MartinLoved everything about the tour, great itinerary, transport, hotels, food and most of all our guide was wonderful with amazing knowledge of places we visited and the music we experienced.Fabulos vacation.

Very good rice ladder Enjoyed it very much
- by Thomas HoltkampI'm very disappointed with my experience with Trafalgar. It started when I did not receive proper communication for the initial meeting point (no address) in Las Vegas. I did receive the first email only, with no instructions, 3 days before departure. The Travel Director, he failed to include me on the two subsequent emails (with address to meet) that followed with more detail/ information where to meet for the Welcome Reception dinner on the 1st day. I ended up unable to find the group and missed the Reception dinner on my first day. It is lack of organization and communications skills and a lack of consideration (especially for a solo senior traveler) specifically directed at me. I do not know why but he failed all expectations and I’m very disappointed with Trafalgar operation. At the end of trip back to Las Vegas was also delayed by 1hour from the expected time of arrival. I had other shows planned in Las Vegas due to delayed, and I had to miss and lost my money too.

We saw all the main sights within the parks. Mike the tour leader/driver/chef was punctual courteous helpful and knowledgeable Stays at HI Rampart Creek & Hi Sunda Creek were excellent experiences I highly recommend this trip.
- by Swee Liew TengGreat tour - saw some amazing scenery (all those lakes, waterfalls, forest hikes, etc - each of them different and each worth doing), covered a lot of stops. Jeremy (the guide) was great - everything was organized well, communication was clear and the recommendations good. Had a good group of fellow tourists, as well. A nice, relaxing week, on the whole.

Texas is such an amazingly friendly destination and there were some favourite destinations along the way including San Antonio, Fort Worth where there was a Brisbane (Australia) female competing at the rodeo, at Louisiana dancing with professional dancers and New Orleans and a parade through the streets with all those musicians and dancers.
- by Lee AtkinsonLoved this trip seeing all the amazing collectable items, meeting people who keep the Route 66 tours continuing and what a great tour guide and lovely people. We had a few hiccups with buses but it added to the journey and destination. My husband is an auto buff so he loved every minute of the trip.

The tour was well organized and our guide Roger did a great job! I like this particular itinerary
- by Joan MurphyI have filled this in already, but if you ask me again, the tour itself was amazing. The driver was absolutely superb, but I’m sorry the tour director well was not good It took us four days to get our labels ,four days to start the rotation of the bus he never gave us the right information and in the end we just was all smiling saying what will William do wrong today I’m sorry but the man is in the wrong job. The rest of the tour was absolutely brilliant love the people that were on the coach, the hotels were fine, the one near the beach ,we had No food As William told us there was a restaurant at the next hotel well we all walked there when we arrived. It was beach bar and they had run out of food and was shutting at 6:45 . There was a small cafe on site and we saw the other bus people going in for an evening meal ,so if possible could you arrange this and it could be an option exter !!! As we had No food! There was no were else to go !!! Or change the hotel!!!

The day we drove across the border from Canada into the US. It was a busy day but superb, from the walk to a viewpoint over Lake Willoughby to the trip up the cable car, Flume Gorge and a final drive along the Kancamangus Highway, it was epic!
- by RebeccaGreat trip & guide Anthony. Saw twice as much in half the time that I could do myself. Perfectly timed for sunrise & sunset views. Optimal site to view eclipse, accompanied by 2 astronomers & 2 telescopes. Enjoyed the optional helicopter ride over Grand Canyon.

Good leader! Weather was not so great though.
- by Dennis CreamerMy trip to the Mighty Five, the 5 National Parks in Utah, exceeded my expectations! The itinerary was well organized and there was a lot to see along the drive. My tour guide, Aaron, was excellent! He was a safe driver, friendly, very accommodating by giving the group options for different hikes, dining, and other activities. Thank you for providing me with a great experience.

Great trip and well coordinated.
- by Chanelle LegaultThe places that we saw and visited were amazing and the itinerary was very good but we didn’t visit all the places that we were supposed to including The Chapel of the Holy Cross and the Oak Valley Canyon viewpoint. Too much time, 2 hours, were spent in Sedona township. Not much to do there other than shop and eat lunch.

Very good and well planned tour. Dan our tour leader was excellent. We had a blast and saw so much in the 4 days. Loved it. Life long memories.and lots of laughs.
- by Heidi JaggardThis was an excellent way to tour the four national parks. The guides were knowledgeable and were remarkably fluent in at least three languages. A well organized business but some internal communications had glitches. The accommodations provided were better than expected. We bought the lunches which were adequate except the Lake Louise luncheon which was the best. We found the value for money spent was very good. All park entry fees were included, many daily sightseeing spots and good transportation included. Bowen was our favourite guide. He had a greater understanding of the country and more local knowledge. We were a visible minority on our tour but we were able to say that we are proudly Canadian!
