Fantastic adventure! I did this trip alone and it was wonderful, I recommended for anyone travelling alone or with friends/adult family! You will meet a lot of great people, eat wonderful food, se landscapes masterfully crafted through 1000 year's of history. My communication with team at Euroadventures have been great, fast response, easy to understand and a great aid to fall back to if any uncertainty arose. Multiple days on one location make it easy to take in all the new impression that I got, they give you a good amount for free time so I never felt stressed and they give you further recommendations for extra activities that you may want to do. I did a lot of food tasting trips on the evening and museum walking. I lived in hostel's and hade a great experience, you have to lower your expectations (not a hotel) and understand your living with others so it might be a bit noisy but I made new friends and got great memories that I wouldn't get from a hotel.

Did their Krakow, Poland trip in December during the Christmas markets. Really a great trip and experience. Everything was very organized, had really good hotel near the square/old town (I booked the 3-star hotel, private room option with my husband), guides were very good & knowledgeable and the excursions/tours were very good. We also received a lot of extra information and recommendations for things to do and places to go (food and drink too) in our free time which was really nice and helpful. I was a bit nervous reading a few of the reviews here on Yelp but our experience was fantastic and nothing like what some others wrote in their reviews. Krakow was an amazing city and one of the most beautiful in Europe. Definitely recommend this trip and company.

I haven’t even gone on my trip yet and I will never use Trafalgar for another trip. I booked the Highlights of Eastern Europe trip for September 2022 in early 2022. After I booked the trip I got a new job and moved to a new city. Being a new employee I would not have enough leave to go on the trip. I notified Trafalgar in writing more than 90 days before the trip and requested to reschedule for September 2023. I received an email back canceling my reservation, which was paid in full, and instructing me to call when I was ready to reschedule. When I called to reschedule I was first told I couldn’t reschedule because the trip was less than 90 days. We went back and forth because I had given them notice in writing prior to the 90 days. Finally they allowed me to reschedule but raised the price. When I questioned it I was told there weren’t any deals at that time but if a deal became available to call back and they would give me that price. I originally paid $4095 for a single room and was now being charged $4795. So I checked online today and saw to book this trip today for a single room it would be $4195. I called Trafalgar to get my bill adjusted. They refused saying they don’t do that, even though I was told last summer to call back if the price went down. So I am stuck overpaying for this trip and I’m already disappointed with their customer service. I will never use this company to travel with again. Horrible customer service and they don’t stand by what they say. You can never get through when you call them. 2 hour wait times. I am now wondering what their customer service will be like during the trip. This is an expensive trip and I feel really let down and taken advantage of by this company. Corporate greed at its finest.

Seweryn was wonderful - both as an actual guide on the tours & as a coordinator on others. His knowledge is extensive and communicated in a manner that is easy to understand. Well definitely look for his tours the next time I'm in Krakow.

I did the Krakow, Auschwitz & Wieliczka Salt Mines 4 day tour with Krakow Tour Guide. Seweryn was my Krakow tour guide, very informative and caring and will add or change some parts of the walking tours to suit. It was because of Seweryn that I enjoyed the tour so much. He has an abundance of knowledge to pass on, Krakow having such a rich and diverse history, and he is happy to answer any questions. The Salt Mines and Auschwitz, I have always wanted to see and I was not disappointed. I would totally recommend Krakow Tour Guide.

Tour was very well organized. Drivers and guides were reliable and on time. I would have liked a higher grade hotels in some cities. Transportation between cities by private car was excellent.

Overall a great tour . Locations are beautiful. Weather was fantastic. Hotels 4 out of 5 were fantastic locations Berlin was a long way from anything bit of a miss. Group changes every few days people getting on and off. Tour guides were great fantastic knowledgeable English was hit or miss could understand but sometimes hard.

Overall, a great trip! A few transportation issues with the actual Tour Operator. Bring you comfortable walking shoes too; a couple of days over 20K steps!

very good program for us. Hotels and breadfast are good. Tour Guide Alexjandro is a nice guy. I'm impressed by his language gift. We are very satisfied and are looking for more trips with Ttourradar in teh future. Do you have a tour covering Panama, Colombia, Equador? Thanks.

Am excellent tour that provided fine accommodations and a good mix of organized touring and free time. It was novel in that you had different guides and drivers in each city but the handoffs were seamless and each guide was superior. I would recommend adding the optional Marienberg Fortress and Salt Mine visit options. I booked other sites such as Auschwitz & topic specific walking tours thru other operators but they blended well. You will hit the "Big 3 cities" but you'll not see much countryside or small town life on this particular tour. Any glitches were quickly and satisfactorially resolved. I will be back and I will use this operator if possible.

Amazing tour guide, Judith, and incredible driver Dom made our tour an unforgettable experience. They were energetic and truly cared for each person on our tour, showed us some amazing sights, and connected us with local guides for many of the excursions. Vienna, Prague, Krakow and Budapest were awesome cities with far too much to take in. We will be back. Auschwitz was a somber, humbling and life changing experience. It is unimaginable what went on there and to see it in person, you feel the weight of the souls lost there. Overall, a fantastic tour that teased us enough to know we will be back!!

The hotels and dinners were mediocre. The hotels may have been a 5 star hotel but the rooms were 3 star. The dinners were average but nothing special. The tour guide failed to let us know ahead of time that I needed what's app on my phone to be able to view my itinerary. The bus driver was excellent!

The tour leader Elina from Riga was excellent. We saw everything on the 2024 itinerary. Arrangements were complete and orderly. The only concern was being left to find our own way from the Old Town to the hotel rather than meeting place with a tour transfer bus, like Europa Mundo does.

Not a fan of multilingual tours. Not aware of it when booking tours. Not a fan of being left in market squares in a few locations and have to find your own way back to hotel unless you are going on optional tours that start from the market squares.

This trip was truly incredible for those that are interested in the history of Poland or have roots in Poland. Poland has a very rich past and this tour took us to the most important sites. Our tour director Bartosz Paleta was excellent. He cared about each person in our (large) group, was very knowledgeable of the centuries of history, culture, political, cuisine, and we learned so much! The itinerary was excellent, optional tours were very good (Salt Mine, and Auschwitz), the hotels were good, and the included breakfasts and dinners were excellent (oh these croissants...). Our driver Lukasz took care of us during stormy weather and was great as well. Over all, I recommend this tour!

Excellent tour. Very friendly staff

Some good -- some not so much. First off, TR advertised this tour as having a max of 24 travelers. Further reading revealed a max of 42. I wish I'd discovered that before paying for the trip. In fairness, when I pointed out this discrepancy to TR, they immediately corrected it. Reality was a number that become more than that. Every destination country saw more and more travelers and more languages added to the tour. Since we didn't all fit in one bus by the end, I can't say the exact number of tourists present. It certainly seemed like more than 42. While two languages were advertised, we had four by the end of the trip. This was further complicated by those whose comprehension of English seemed to vary at their own conveniences and some of the non-English speakers' constant yammering during English narrations, even though all patrons were requested to lower their voices during other-language narrations, I must concede that English speakers were guilty of this, too. The tours in each country were pretty much as represented, optional as well as included tours. Prices for optional tours were high, Especially

Krakow, Wroclaw, Salt Mines and Auschwitz.

tour took us around the whole of Poland to alot of major cities. the guides were very informed of the history of Poland little bit to much walking if you have a problem with walking for long periods without sitting down like I do. would recommend tour if you want to see Poland.

All places visited were fascinating for different reasons. Piotr was a fountain of knowledge, and very interested in sharing all he knew with us. I don't think he was expecting to have 4 of our group of 7 have some walking difficulties, but he was extremely patient and concerned for everyone's welfare, and adjusted the schedule as needed to accommodate abilities. We all wished that there was more time to spend in different places, but it was a a wonderful overview of all that Poland has to offer. Would definitely travel with Stay Poland again if I get the chance.

There is room for improvement. No problem with the Krakow and associated tours. Warsaw was a great city the tour guide was boring and more interested in showing history off an ipad with photos of old territorial maps and talked for so long impressing us with his knowledge on history and he did know his history but there is more to offer in Warsaw. The tour company forgot our transfer to the Warsaw train station in the morning, no problem we walked there and luckily we still made our train to Berlin. We enjoyed the Warsaw experience so not that bad after all.
