Hats 🧢 ff to Santos and his crew, they were warm, engaging and did all they could to make our experience the best it could be. The snorkelling, flying foxes were incredible. The sunrise walk with a thousand other souls at 4.30 am less so. Too many people. So why only three stars? The boat. From the cockroaches in the cabin to the general decay and decrepitude; Lamborajo 1 is not fit for human habitation. It’s old, it’s broken, the showers, the toilet seats, all as bad as it gets. We were in the company of one of the sister boats, Lamborajo 2 which appperared to be quite luxury in comparison. I don’t remember being offered a choice of boat but had that been available I would have spent the money elsewhere. Also note that everyone seemed to pay a different price for the same thing. So, sorry Tourradar; you get nil points for the lack of any brochure that allows an informed picture of the boats or their condition such that we could have avoided the one you awarded to us.

Well organized tour, with amazing food & wonderful snorkeling, especially on the last day. Hiking in Komodo Island, sunrise hike at Padar island & watching the flying foxes at sunset were highlights of this tour. Crew was friendly and helpful.

It was a nice cruise. The crew are polite and always ready to guests be satisfied. The only thing we didn’t like is the noise in the cabin, it was really impossible to sleep. This is very important point. Maybe the other rooms are better, I really hope for the other guests.

Unforgettable experience and very well organised! Mother nature at its best - swimming with magical manta rays, beautiful coral life found snorkelling, huge komoda dragons, impressive bats flying over en masse at sunset, dolphins, eagles, amazing sunrise hike and beautiful sunsets. All whilst living on very comfortable boat (aircon cabins and power for phone recharge) Thank you for the experience- as a solo traveller felt safe and very welcomed 😊

Perfect way to finish my 3 months of travelling. This tour has a great combination of hiking, swimming and chilling just what I was looking for. Monk and Oner work as the perfect duo. They would have the whole group laughing all the time. Monk clearly has a lot of experience in travel and tourism and Oner has got a lot of passion for his new career path. With time, I believe Oner will become more confident within his himself and his abilities. He is such a character and will be a fantastic tour guide. He was always keen to get involved in every activity which led him to be a master at uno! I’d like to thank them both for a fantastic tour and leaving me with everlasting memories. It’s been an unforgettable trip!

I will not give a 1. Because of what happen before the trip. I ask for help for booking plane ticket. I receive a email stating that at Intrepid travel you do not book plane ticket. Then i receive an email about a change in the itineary while i was already on vacation. I learn by fellow travellers that you took care of the change of flight at no charge. I have to pay 8$ for the change. You gave us a discount for the change, which was not a discount for my trouble but the new price that everyone is now paying. It was kind of frustrating to find a travel agency in Bali to help on my first day of vacation.

After using Intrepid regularly for years I'm really disappointed at the amount of itinerary changes on this trip but particularly the way it was handled by the company. I'm obviously a number not a person. Really bad customer service.

Beautiful boat - lovely gracious staff - nice food. Relaxing tour that had a mix of kayaking, snorkelling and sight seeing. One day was a bit windy so we hunkered down on the boat. Brought our own beer from town that we could keep in the cooler. Mix of tenting and staying on the boat was nice. Wandered through a small village and saw a school - wondered about the tokenism of donating to children here. Overall, thank you for an unforgettable 5 days!

It was an absolutely fantastic adventure from the kayaking to the komodo dragons, to snorkling with manta rays and seeing the beautiful islands. The boat was great and so well kept (compared to many of the others sailing around). The whole crew and our guide Mattias made us feel so welcome. Mattias' knowledge of the best kayaking and snorkling spots is invaluable.
