Very good communication on site. Reliable organization. Good hotels and accommodation.
- by Joachim GörgenExcellent holiday! Very well organised - the team: Hannah, Lilly, Barbara, Wendy Penny, Sam- put a lot of effort into organising an excellent itinerary. Brilliant communication with the local teams on the ground, couple of minor hiccups out of their control (eg a local domestic flight cancelled with nothing till the next day), which they helped me deal with very efficiently and I felt very looked after throughout. Would happily use them again! Pro tips for future travellers: ignore the guide books, no one speaks English, get a good few Spanish sentences ready! Laundry - do at El calafate hotel - half the price of everywhere else! In puerto natales there is quite alot of street noise on the sea view room - I’m a good sleeper so it didn’t bother me at all but light sleepers might want a different room! Thanks very much team I will always be grateful!

I did the Cafe Colombia intrepid tour in November 2024. This was an excellent tour with the brilliant Santiago as our tour leader. The accommodation throughout was really good and the coaches and buses were comfortable. There were some great highlights. Staying at the coffee farm and taking the coffee tour was just an incredible experience. Colombia is a such a beautiful country and each stop on the tour was fascinating, enjoyable and really worthwhile. The pace of the tour was good and while there were a couple of early starts, we had plenty of time for relaxation too. We were lucky to have Santiago as our group leader. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very helpful. He went out of his way to ensure we had a real understanding of everything. Nothing was too much trouble and he had some great suggestions for restaurants and salsa bars! When the internal airline cancelled one of our internal flights, he handled it really well and got us all on the next flight. I would highly recommend this tour.
- by Rehmet MohamedThis was a once in a lifetime tour - you get to see the very best of Bolivia and the stunning landscapes it has to offer. Be prepared for long travel days, and prepare yourself for the altitude sickness as it can get pretty tough - I would advise to start in Peru, or a lower altitude country to acclimatise for a few days first. It would have been great if the tour started in Sucre and ended in La Paz, as this would have been a better route to acclimatise. Henri, our Intrepid tour guide was amazing, he put effort into the care and safety of the group and fun to be around!

It was excellent. The amount of ruins that you see is mind blowing. The nature is breath taking and can’t be shown properly in a mere picture. Our tour guides Klever and Rosemil were amazing. They are both very knowledgeable and patient. They are very friendly and fun to joke around with. If you want the best experience on the Inca trail you need to request them

The tour company were in contact with us from the moment we landed in Lima until they assisted us to check in at the end of the holiday. Everything was so well coordinated and the hotels, tours and guides were excellent.
- by Lynne Patricia BranchflowerVery well organized. The tour guides were prompt and arrived on time every time. I was skeptical on the type of hotels where we would put in, but the hotels were great. There was a tour guide waiting at airport when we arrived and we had a guide for every tour till we were dropped off at the airport when the tour ended. Highly recommend

Everything start to finish was fabulous!
- by Nancy AbbottThis is an excellent opportunity to see the most for least amount of time. The guides were very knowledgeable, especially our guide John at Maccu Picchu. The tour flowed smoothly even though we traveled with kids (6 and 9 years old). We would like recommend this tour to families as well others. We would also recommend adding an extra day before the tour to those who need to acclimatize to the altitude.

The trip was challenging...particularly because of the jungle humidity...but amazing and unique (again because of the jungle)... But I'm writing this to share some tips with those interested in booking this trip: - Local guides are required by the government and Gadventures uses local operators. You can book directly with local operators for about 250USD cheaper. BUT Gadventures offer an English speaking guide, accomodations before and after the tour, and a guide to help you within the city of Santa Marta. - The Trek is offered locally as a 3-day, 4-day and 5-day options. But I recommend the 5-day option if you would like to view the jungle/waterfalls/birds. The 3-day trek is very rushed. - You will be accompanied by at least two more local guides and a cook. Our cook was amazing and she made us all kind of great local food. Not to mention the selection of fruit we were offered at rest stops. - Accomodations were group jungle camp sites but were sufficient. Had hot water and electricity. - Nothing dries in the jungle...you don't need more than two outfits. One to sleep in and another to hike in, wash, and wear again the next day. - Light long hiking pants is a must, especially on the last day, to avoid ticks! - Bring a swimming outfit. - If you are Canadian, like me, be prepared to pay an extra $85+ per person by creditcard at the border. It is a retaliatory charge against Canada. They will also add 10% currency conversion fee if you pay in Canadian Dollar :)

Overall, the organization provided me with a wonderful W circuit experience! Overall good responsiveness prior to the trek. The guides were wonderful, especially Edgar (Lalo), as he cooked wonderful meals and explained things about the park’s history, as well as the flora and fauna. Despite booking Refugios, I ended up having to stay in tents each night but the provided sleeping bags and tents were great quality. I have many amazing memories to look back to for years to come :)
- by Saankari ChallaFirst, I want to separate the actual trek experience from the experience with the tour operator. The trek itself was great, and both our guide Camilo and our cook/porter Lalo were highly experienced and very friendly, took good care of us, and also shared a lot of local knowledge and their life experiences with us. Lalo's cooking was also something to look forward to at the start and end of each day. That said, there were many points along the trek where the tour operator failed to live up to expectations. These were a few: 1) We ended up not doing a portion of the W trek (between Central and Frances) due to supposed "non-availability" of accommodation at Frances/Cuernos. The tour operator claimed that it was high season and they were unable to secure reservations at those sites. 2) Despite planning (and paying) for Premium Camping for 3 nights and a refugio for 1 night, we ended up with regular camping for 1 night and at a refugio for 3; again, probably a function of the operator not being able to secure accommodation. Granted, the refugios were more comfortable, but we were looking forward to experiencing the elevated camping arrangements. 3) This also meant that we ended up paying for an additional ferry journey due to the itinerary changes, to take us from Pudeto to Paine Grande. 4) None of this was communicated to us prior to the trip, and we only found out a week before, when the guide informed us of this directly. If, as the operator claimed, that the bookings were not able to be secured (esp with the window opening in Aug/Sep), it should have been made known earlier. When we enquired, the operator made it seem as if we were unreasonable and inflexible for expecting the itinerary that was agreed on, and suggested that this would only happen "in a perfect world". 5) Similarly, we asked the operator to arrange for a day trip to an estancia on our final day. This was replaced, again due to "non-availability", by a half-day horse riding experience that was very far from what we had originally expected. Again, when asked, the operator claimed this was due to high season and suggested it could not have been done. Worse, we found out that the actual booking had been made only TWO days before our actual visit day. At that point, we lost trust in the operator and felt that there were integrity issues at hand. It also felt as if they had only scrambled to book our trek at the last minute, either because they ignored or forgot it. Lastly, price-wise, we know from checks that the full-day visit is about USD233 pp (which we thought was catered for in the price we paid), while the horse-riding they booked for us was only USD83 pp. We first made this booking with Unu Raymi in APRIL 2024, for a trek in NOV 2024. This was plenty of time to communicate any scheduling challenges or accommodation non-availability to us. There was also no reason why the estancia visit could not have been booked early, especially when this was something we could have done ourselves directly with the estancia. We trusted this process to the operator, and they let us down. It was a long flight for us to get to Patagonia for this trek, and even though we went with the flow of things and overall enjoyed ourselves, there were also many small disappointments. So unless you specifically enjoy being surprised by changes at the last minute to your planned trip, I would not recommend this tour operator. While the operator has also said that they would look into a refund of unbooked elements, esp for the non-estancia visit, thus far there also has been no further communication. We are still waiting to see if there is going to be any service recovery done.

Our visit to Patagonia was simply amazing. Our Trip Director, Veronica, was outstanding. The accomodations did not disappoint but special recognition of the Intercontinental in Buenos Aires and especially the Las Torres Hotel in Torres del Paine which was beyond fantastic!

Clari was the best tour guide! Her knowledge and expertise made this trip extra special. I am grateful I got to meet her.
- by Josianne GaumondThis was the absolute best trip I have ever taken, hands down. The trip was packed with adventures and the guides were all so knowledgeable. I am completely obsessed with Clari, she made sure the trip was an amazing experience and was ALWAYS available when we needed her. I recommend this trip to EVERYONE

On the whole, the trip was good, mostly because of Valentina, our tour guide. She took good care of every tour member and made the tour enjoyable for everybody. Thanks a lot, Val 👍
- by Tang StellaLoved Peru. I found the people take great pride in their cities, culture and history and it shows in how clean the streets are, how great the food is and how wonderful the guides are. Loved the wildlife, the scenery and archeological sites too. My only downside was the airport.. Delayed flights and when trying to return home, no signage to show the directions from domestic (Cusco to Lima) to international section of airport. When I asked for help, I was told to go out the door, come back in the door next to it, only to find out that I needed to go outside, go to section adjacent and then go upstairs to departures which also had no sign there for "international departures". The LATAM staff gave me the run around on my luggage. One person said it would go automatically to Newark another said pick up your luggage in Lima and transfer to United. My luggage never arrived in Lima nor in Newark. When I arrived in Newark the United people said that LATAM was lying as it is never sent on directly and had to be collected and transferred by hand in Lima. I had to file a lost baggage claim upon final arrival in Canada . Still waiting for news.

Book the Trip! 10 out of 10 experience from booking until the trip back home. I could write so much about our amazing time and the wonderful accommodations but to some it all up, it's legit, book it. I plan to continue travel with Culture Trips and I highly recommend it. Ecuador was amazing and our travel expert (Henry) was THE BEST
- by -I wasn't sure what to expect as there was only one other traveller on this trip, but I've had a fantastic time. Most of the accommodations were stunning and far surpassed my expectations. The activities were all well-organised and very interesting and/or fun. Our Local Insider Antonio was a fantastic guide and a very sociable man, which was crucial to our trip as we were with such a small group.

OneSeed was beyond my expectations! All the teammates - Shelby, Chris - were very helpful and supportive from the pre-trip until the end. My favorite part of the trip was getting to know all the details and history behind Sacred Valley in Peru, and having Wilbert as our guide. His knowledge makes the difference for sure. It was so special having his presence during the tours. This expedition has changed my perspective of trips. It was my first time traveling to a such historic location, and I'll keep my mind open for that kind of trip. I'm already excited to have a new expedition with them.

Very well organised and straight forward
- by Luke JohnsonIt was very good!! Hope to get the group photos from the guides from each day. Also I wish the you would let you stay a machu Picchu for the entire day instead of having you to rush back the same day. Staying two nights at agua clientes would be better so you have a whole full day to explore machu Picchu instead of just half a day.
