Wonderful trip! Staff on the boat were always polite, helpful and accommodating. Excusion guides were very knowledgeable. Excusions were fun. Overall, the trip was well organized and managed from start to finish.
- by Marta HoetgerJust in awe from start to finish! Uniworld really knows how to take care of their passengers. If you love wine and are looking for an exceptional experience on an amazing ship Uniworld & Bordeaux are for you. Uniworld is known for their ships and this the newest in the fleet is a piece of floating art work. The staff and crew are the best, always smiling and willing to assist you with whatever your need may be. The food was so delicious and presented like a 5 star michelin restaurant. You have to try out the Remy Martin tour if you love cognac!! If you love to cook nothing beats the cooking class from a French chef, another must! Overall had the best time on this itinerary and cant wait to go on another!

This trip was the holiday and adventure of a life time. It was perfect - the canoe provided with maps, luggage transported and hotels booked. The hotels were varied but all were wonderful and the staff friendly. The dinners were out of this world. The river was SO peaceful, and the 20km days passed in a flash. The instructions/maps could be a bit clearer, particularly instructions of where to pull in and how to get the the hotel. No rapids were mentioned, but we went over at least 10 sets a day - most very easy to navigate. We were very lucky with the fabulous warm weather and the river was low which made it much easier to manage as well. I loved every minute of it all. Thank you. I'd love to return with my family.
- by Margaret JamesSelf guided cycle tour. The gps app was easy to use and kept us on track. The route was certainly hilly but we two 70+ coped without problems. The dinners were very good with a preponderance of duck and foie gras.

Too much food,,,, I never eat that much but I certainly did my best. The only downside was being a couple on our own......as English speakers it would have been good if we had been included in the English speakers' tables. We felt quite isolated at the beginning of the cruise. More exercise and dance classes, possibly before breakfast. A printed itinerary posted in the lounge would have been handy and easy to refer to.
- by Julie CantorWe really enjoyed our cruise through the wine regions of Bordeaux. The crew were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was excellent. The ship was very comfortable and relaxing. Overall it was an excellent experience. Thank you CroisiEurope

This is the 3rd tour we have taken with ExperiencePlus! and we just LOVE cycling with them. We appreciate the fact that we follow the arrows on the road and don't have to look at a map or GPS so we can really be present and enjoy the ride. Their Tour Guides are super, hotels were great with wonderful meals. The Dordogne Plus Bordeaux ride was so incredible, great group of cyclists and we had an amazing time. Best ride ever!
- by Freddi WilkinsonI have done 15 bike tours in Europe (4 of them in France), and this was by far the best. Everything was pretty close to perfect: the hotels with one exception were in the center of town, so it was easy to explore on your own. The routes were exceptionally great as they were all on small French roads through vineyards and farms, so pastoral and beautiful. I was also happy with the bikes and the guides. We had 3 French guides that were friendly and fun. One guide left early each morning to mark out turns with chalk, which makes the riding so relaxing as you never had to worry a missing a turn. (This works better than Ride with GPS). The area covered by this trip was so lovely as well.

From Bordeaux we picked up our bikes/ e-bikes and by train reached west to ride along the Atlantic coast. Moderate hills and 45 miles for the first day gave us understanding of our group capabilities. The two other days were among coastal beautiful pines with straight roads, later switched to oysters farms and to vineries. One night we stayed at Bordeaux to later reach the central part of the France by train: Dordogne. Here is the historical beauty and some hills come. Each days were very unique to stay in old but modernised buildings, swam in clean river (we crossed it several times), And of course, pedal to reach the next town! At the end of the fifth day we were quite tired, so the relaxing canoe trip for 3 hours was the rewards! A little more ride to Sarlac and once again- the XVI century town and comfortable hotel. French food is above any of our expectation, châteaus, vinery tour, rides by quiet roads through fields and along the river- double and interesting tour. Leaders are helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly chatting and sharing relaxing time during diners.

We the the Camino St. James from Le Puy to Conques, France. Overall service was sub-par and certainly did not meet our expectation. We expected to have a seamless and enjoyable trip, instead when we ran into issues. One was with a particular hotel stay and the lack of a meal during the low season. Instead of finding us a solution so we didn't have to worry, we were left to fend for ourselves in a foreign country where we did not speak the language. The emergency number provided to us was a voicemail message in French. Additionally, a couple of nights we had to make phone calls the day of our arrival to find out where which hotel we were staying at, even though we booked 3 months in advance. The first night we had to drop off our bags at a different hotel than the one we were staying at. The route app was always off by a few Kilometers, and one particular day it didn't even have the correct stopping point. It was obvious that no one from UTracks has ever done this hike. The pre trip documents was so confusing. Not customized at all. One document was 100 pages long! It was clear that UTracks just downloaded everything they could find in the internet into their documents. Many of the hikers we met made their own arrangements. We did not want to do this because we wanted a level of service to make our trip memorable and seamless. This did not happen. We likely would've been better off planning it ourselves like our fellow hikers. There are definitely far more professional companies that would provide far more superior service. Our next trip will be with a different company. The price we made did not meet the value we expected.
