This was a very good trip. Would of loved to have more time on Nantucket. At least one and a half days to two days would be great. More time in RI too. All in all a really nice time. I’ll come back and do an other tour next year or sooner. Great bus and driver ( Joann) and good guide (Steve) ! Thanks 😊

Very disappointing tour. Only 1 day out of 7 actually stuck to the advertised itinerary. Very little time to explore places, bus got lost on more than one occasion, activities were cancelled with no adequate alternative and our highlight hotel was swapped for a very poor alternative, miles from anywhere, which meant extra hours on the coach instead of seeing the area. We complained and have had absolutely no satisfaction. They admit the tour was disappointing but will not even consider any sort of refund or compensation. Don't use this company if you want the advertised holiday. They apparently have the right to change as much as they want without any comeback.

I was hoping we'd stop more so that I could take more pictures of foliage but overall I enjoyed all that we did. Brigette is a great person, with a fantastic personality.

We really enjoyed our hike through the Presidential Range in NH. The trip was well organized and the our guide Sean was excellent! We could not have asked for a better guide. He was very informative on what to expect each day as well as extremely patient with all of us. We learned so much from him as we travelled from mountain to mountain and would highly recommend Sean and Wildland Trekking if considering a hiking trip. Sean - we can't thank you enough for making our hike a such wonderful and memorable experience and one that we will always remember.

I have filled this in already, but if you ask me again, the tour itself was amazing. The driver was absolutely superb, but I’m sorry the tour director well was not good It took us four days to get our labels ,four days to start the rotation of the bus he never gave us the right information and in the end we just was all smiling saying what will William do wrong today I’m sorry but the man is in the wrong job. The rest of the tour was absolutely brilliant love the people that were on the coach, the hotels were fine, the one near the beach ,we had No food As William told us there was a restaurant at the next hotel well we all walked there when we arrived. It was beach bar and they had run out of food and was shutting at 6:45 . There was a small cafe on site and we saw the other bus people going in for an evening meal ,so if possible could you arrange this and it could be an option exter !!! As we had No food! There was no were else to go !!! Or change the hotel!!!

I enjoyed this trip . The coach is good.Hyannis first day break fast was good.coverage is good.Hyannis golf resort stay is superb.providence city halt in hotel graduates is excellent.Fall colours coverage is very good.coach guidance is okay.overall the trip is very good.

I was a little nervous before the start of the trip because there were some complications trying to confirm the trip. It was partially my fault because I did book the trip relatively last minute, but I do believe there was some miscommunication on both ends that could have been avoided from the very beginning. The biggest problem was the method of communication. I did not understand that in order for the information to be relayed correctly, you had to message through the communication portal on touradar's website. That was not explicitly made clear, and it took several days and conversations with multiple people to finally realize that. Once that was made clear, everything ran much more smoothly, but I definitely think for the customer's sake especially new customer, someone needs to be very clear in explaining that and confirm with the customer by having them relay it back to them. Thankfully, once everything was booked and confirmed, the trip ran wonderfully! I had such a blast. My tour guide was amazing and the group I was with were incredible. I am definitely looking forward to booking another trip in the future.

Everything was great

The tour itinerary was good, the tour guide/director was not. In fact he was very, very bad: terribly boring - put almost everyone on the bus to sleep multiple times, was horribly disorganized - wasn't sure where we were going or what we were going to see, couldn't find reservations to get into the National park, lost his ATM card and caused a 1.5 hour delay the next day trying to recover his ATM. He was very sloppily/unprofessionally dressed, spoke unfavorably about the USA (this was a tour of international attendees - we were the only Americans). We signed up with Omega Tours / Tourradar, but upon arrival in Boston found the tour to be under ATI and after talking with several other attendees, found a very large disparity in the price we were charged vs. what they paid. Probably will not be recommending this tour to my friends.

Tour director and driver were excellent!!! We were very disappointed with the coach. Something happened and apparently we didn’t get the bus we were supposed to. This bus was old , dirty, the seats didn’t work, some of the windows lost their seal so it was hard to see out of them. The video system didn’t work for the tour director to show pictures. On a positive note the food was great and the accommodations were very nice. The director and driver took it all in stride and that helped. Guess when you spend the amount of money that you do on these trips you expect a little better.

Pam and Shawnee were exceptional. The tour met our expectations and went beyond.
