Excellent guide with excellent itinerary
- by Suk ching YoungGreat value for money. Good tour guide. Excellent travel company. Some days the hiking was a bit light. Would have given it 5 stars if the hiking was every day. Also tourradar/intrepid could also consider providing a higher cost tour where we stay at different refuges every day. This will reduce the transportation constraints and time and increase the Dolomites amazing experience.

Excellent choice of places to visit. Tour Leader Chiara was fantastc. Nino the Driver was also very professional and friendly. Would recommend this tour to all my friends and acquaintances.
- by Ricardo MaltaAll fine otherwise. Guide and driver great. Major drawback was Starhotels Crystallo hotel in Bergamo - very basic - no tea or coffee facilities in room - big issue with us- nil available in lobby to make a cup of tea. No way would I describe this hotel as 4* The 2 dinners we ate there basically unedible.

Marie was great. Would recommend!
- by John David MathenyOur guide, Ned, was great. The hotel Meininger was clean and comfortable in a college dormitory way, but not very friendly. I asked to reduce the centrally controlled thermostat because I sleep better when it’s cooler, and they said no. The hallways are not air conditioned at all. The rooms get hot during the day and the air conditioning won’t stay on without the key in the slot. I’d rather pay a few dollars more and adjust the temperature to my own needs. The tour has lots of walking but it was enjoyable to see Milan’s highlights. Lake Como was gorgeous scenery, perfect weather, and we had enough time for a nice meal in Bellagio and a drink in Varenna. The train ride back to Milan was standing room only, and hot and stuffy, followed by a long wait in line at the taxi stand. I’d rate the tour guide higher than the accommodations. I suppose that the name of the tour agency (Italy on a Budget) should give a warning that all is not going to be first class.

It’s a perfect tour for senior folks, no rush with plenty time at each viewpoints. The routes are also excellent we enjoyed the trip very much since this was the first time for us to visit the Italian northern lakes and Dolomites area, a fantastic tour to give us a quick overview this beautiful area. Overall I rated this trip a five stars trip as some area could be improved such as the lodging but all hotels are at least 3 stars with private facilities. All hotel locations are very convenient.
- by Eugene ChengThe tour enabled us to see the amazing beauty of the Dolomites. There was a good balance between dramatic scenery and visits to historic towns. Our tour guide, Matilda, was lovely, very knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. Our driver was very considerate and careful...we were treated to heavy snowfall in the mountains! Hotels were very good. Would very much recommend the tour. As a solo traveler it was a great way to see the area.

Private Italy tour Our Italy trip was amazing! My daughter and I had a private tour to Rome, Florence and Venice. All of our guides were excellent especially Mario in Cinca Terra and Denise in Venice. They shared with us some of the hidden gems of these areas as well as the most popular spots. Mario was with us for the entire day driving us to see Cinca Terra and Pisa. Denise recommended excellent places for gelato, spritz’s, and dinner! And she agreed to meet with us earlier than planned so that we could see the inside of St Mark’s basilica. The communication via What’s App was superb and even when we were late to our tour group at the Vatican, the company came through with excellent assistance. I want to come back and would not hesitate to book with them again
- by Carol JuganHannah, Lily, Rose, Wendy, Alberto, and Sam were wonderful to work with. We loved the Venetian tour with Denise too!

The overall experience was very good! Turin is a beautiful city full of culture and history
- by debora deaneThe tour was good, but a bit to long. Sould have liked to have all the tours on the same day. Improvement suggestion: on one of the tours I had to call to hear who the tour provider was because the welcome letter did not specify it. The only tour guide at that time did not want to include me because his tour provider name was not written anywhere. Maybe clearer instructions will be nice of you are using other people for the tours.

Dear Tourradar Team, I would very much like to submit a review of our trip. However, two important issues on our part have not yet been resolved. 1. the reimbursement due to significantly inferior alternative accommodation (Palazzo Boeri instead of Villa Beccaris) 2. reimbursement of the flight costs, as the flights were not used. As soon as these matters have been clarified in our favor, I will be happy to give a good rating. Kind regards Anton Hornburger 0151 - 116 183 51
- by Anton HornburgerThe accommodation was excellent with superb food and service. The day trips were varied and interesting and the guides were knowledgeable and helpful. I made new friends and had a fantastic holiday.

The hiking trip to the Dolomites was fabulous. The itinerary for the week was well laid out. Our guide, Andy Hodges, was absolutely fantastic. The week before our group got there, there was significant snowfall in the areas we were to hike. Andy took the time and effort to make sure each of our hikes were safe and do-able. On our free day, he even hiked one of the routes to make sure we could do it and it was safe from avalanches. It was not, so from his experience and vast knowledge of the area, he was able to provide a better route foe the day. Andy's friendliness and energetic spirit was very contagious. I love the way he was able to provide easier alternatives to some of the longer hikes. The hike to Tre Time was incredible and was my absolute favorite of the week.
- by Jeri FaberMassimo was an excellent leader and guide. He was kind, considerate of all... witty and always ready to share a laugh. The scenery, accomodations and food were superb. This was our second trip with this company and will be our go to from now on!

Well organized. Excellent, helpful, knowledgeable tour guide. Of the four hotels, two were great and two were just ok. The locations visited were interesting and each town had its own individual feel. The add on tours were very good.
- by Geoffrey KraemerFirstly I would like to say that our tour lady was lovely and very knowledgeable. Our bus driver was also great, but the accommodation was very poor and also thought that the tour was not as well organised as it should have been. The bus stopped for lunch in two truck stops…. Why we had lots of time why couldn’t we have been taken to a small town for lunch? The accommodation was very ordinary the only hotel that was above ordinary was the last hotel, the tour didn’t represent good value for money. We were very disappointed and will not go on another trip with Cosmos.

Horrible experience. Only do this tour if you want a glorified Google maps and substandard hotels. No communication from the company, with their on the ground rep never responding to me. Staff from head office were rude. While this trip is self guided, we expected to receive things like recommendations and tips to really enjoy South Tyrol, but we didn't get that. Paid for a premium hotel package and got poor lodgings. In summary, never do a Eurohike tour (especially this one), unless you feel like paying alot of money for subpar lodgings, no planning, poor communication and a Google maps guide.
- by Daniel D'AngelaActually promising and beautiful tours. However, too many transfers. The royal stage from Levico Terme to Borgo Valsugana has unfortunately failed because the path is supposedly blocked. This could have been informed in advance and could grant a corresponding price estate. The replacement tour offered was very exhausting, in no way an adequate replacement and the orientation just annoying. With little wall, you could have created a GPX navigation here. The responsible persons were apparently too lazy for this. The firing around with DIN-A4 notes was a disaster. The spa was closed in the Locanda in Borgo designated as a wellness hotel, supposedly because of covid. But no one believes that because other spas were open. There was no discount here either. The Hotel Villa Ca'Sette does not offer coffee. Here the hint would make sense that it is best to stop in Bassano. A return transfer would have been easy to organize among the many participants, but was rejected by the agency on repeated inquiries. Overall, insufficient services for the required price. No Support on site.
