The overall experience was great! Jim Divine, the tour van driver, was a knowledgeable tour guide, with a fun sense of humor.

The driver and accomodation were not informed of prepayment and it lead to some on the spot, potentially embarrassing situations. The driver was not happy about the situation also and made that clear. Better communication in future about such arrangements would make the overall experience more enjoyable, and stress free.
