Trentino Alto-Adige Tour Companies

The accommodation was excellent with superb food and service. The day trips were varied and interesting and the guides were knowledgeable and helpful. I made new friends and had a fantastic holiday.

The hotel was great, friendly service, yummy food and lots of it. The walks were great, the app worked well. Unfortunately, being a bit early in the season meant some of the walks were not available, we didn’t find out until trying to get to the start. The hotel thought they were open also. A couple of other walks would then give other options. Overall I really enjoyed it all.

The hiking trip to the Dolomites was fabulous. The itinerary for the week was well laid out. Our guide, Andy Hodges, was absolutely fantastic. The week before our group got there, there was significant snowfall in the areas we were to hike. Andy took the time and effort to make sure each of our hikes were safe and do-able. On our free day, he even hiked one of the routes to make sure we could do it and it was safe from avalanches. It was not, so from his experience and vast knowledge of the area, he was able to provide a better route foe the day. Andy's friendliness and energetic spirit was very contagious. I love the way he was able to provide easier alternatives to some of the longer hikes. The hike to Tre Time was incredible and was my absolute favorite of the week.

It’s very nice to have the transportation arranged between Venice and Dobbiaco. Since the weather is unpredictable, the guide, Andy, made the daily schedule flexible to fit the weather. It’s great.

Great value for money. Good tour guide. Excellent travel company. Some days the hiking was a bit light. Would have given it 5 stars if the hiking was every day. Also tourradar/intrepid could also consider providing a higher cost tour where we stay at different refuges every day. This will reduce the transportation constraints and time and increase the Dolomites amazing experience.

Horrible experience. Only do this tour if you want a glorified Google maps and substandard hotels. No communication from the company, with their on the ground rep never responding to me. Staff from head office were rude. While this trip is self guided, we expected to receive things like recommendations and tips to really enjoy South Tyrol, but we didn't get that. Paid for a premium hotel package and got poor lodgings. In summary, never do a Eurohike tour (especially this one), unless you feel like paying alot of money for subpar lodgings, no planning, poor communication and a Google maps guide.

Actually promising and beautiful tours. However, too many transfers. The royal stage from Levico Terme to Borgo Valsugana has unfortunately failed because the path is supposedly blocked. This could have been informed in advance and could grant a corresponding price estate. The replacement tour offered was very exhausting, in no way an adequate replacement and the orientation just annoying. With little wall, you could have created a GPX navigation here. The responsible persons were apparently too lazy for this. The firing around with DIN-A4 notes was a disaster. The spa was closed in the Locanda in Borgo designated as a wellness hotel, supposedly because of covid. But no one believes that because other spas were open. There was no discount here either. The Hotel Villa Ca'Sette does not offer coffee. Here the hint would make sense that it is best to stop in Bassano. A return transfer would have been easy to organize among the many participants, but was rejected by the agency on repeated inquiries. Overall, insufficient services for the required price. No Support on site.

Our guides! Silvia Cafora Gabriele Monaco Amazing people with big hearts, great sense of humor and ability to make life care-free. We consider them close friends now and will travel with them again if possible! The Hotels- All beautiful. We felt like we always got the best room! Clean, spacious, incredible views, great service. Delicious breakfasts at all (especially Hotel Greif) The bikes- We thought we owned nice bikes and then we rode theirs! They made us feel like super stars and we exceeded our own distance record with ease. Everyday we looked forward to the biking! The Bike Paths- Unbelievable!! The views, the ease of travel, the Bicigrills! We were transported into a fantasy land. Pinch me! The Tours- SellaArte was a big hit with everyone! Trento had an amazing guide named Sabrina. Who knew there was a Roman town under Trento??? I’ve seen it! Glorenza was fascinating. Coira Castle was a delight and our tour guide was great fun! Lasa took our breath away! We visited Otzi with Gabriele. We were very excited to meet the IceMan!! We also squeezed in the Botanical Garden in Moreno. Wow! wow! wow! Comparing the Grappa in Bassano del Grappa was great fun too! The Meals!!! Delicious! Every one of the meals introduced us to Italian/German Culture. Silvia and Gabrielle enhanced each meal by educating us about the local foods. Each restaurant was special in its own way but the one in Bolzano??? Amazing!!! We had the top of the world all to ourselves! I think you have an award winning tour set up in the Italian Alps. We were happy to be your first to try it. I would not change a thing! We are already dreaming about our next trip with you! Thank you for this extra special week!

It was generally good but the itinerary provided by UTracks did not quite match the actual and included a day of 25km walk which was way longer than expected.

It was a great trip. people were very friendly. Guide paid lot of attention to the safety of the walk. One of the Refugio did not have hot water (should look into it). The other Refugio had too many people in one dormitory. Never the less an excellent trip..

Overall it was a good experience with Eurobike. I was very happy with their choices of hotels, very good locations and the service was great. The navigation app is not user friendly, as it logs you out repeatedly and multiple other glitches that makes it hard to navigate with. Also, in the documents sent to me, there should have been a GPS and a navigation app, but no GOS device was given to any of the bikers and one had to rely on the app with all its glitches. In addition it consumes a lot of battery. The bike has one pannier on the back and one bar bag on the handle. This made the bike a bit heavier, but of course lots of space to carry extra stuff if needed. There was no water bottle holder on the bike, and although I asked for one, this was declined and I was asked to use the pannier or the bar bag for my water. I tried the bar bag but then all the water from my water bottle leaked into the bag and I was left with no water on the road. I would highly suggest that Eurobike mount water bottle holders on the bikes at it is cheap yet very convenient and necessary.
