We sincerely apologize for the disorganization you encountered and the misalignment between the itinerary and actual events. We understand this would have been frustrating and impacted your enjoyment of the trip. We pride ourselves on maintaining clear communication with our clients, and I want to clarify that we did reach out via WhatsApp and had several conversations where we discussed your itinerary in detail, including meeting you at Tulia Boutique Hotel & Spa. We also met at Forest Hill at the conclusion of your safari to debrief on your experience, and at that time you expressed no issues apart from the flight to Zanzibar. Regarding the flight, while it is clearly stated in the itinerary that clients are responsible for booking their own flights, we understand that this information may not have been as clear as it could have been. We will take steps to improve how we communicate this in the future. As for the accommodations in Zanzibar, we understand that they were selected based on your budget preferences. We always strive to provide the best possible options within the given budget constraints. We appreciate your honesty and understand your disappointment. We will be reviewing our processes to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for all our guests moving forward. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
