We have made the necessary adjustments as in the tour program of our tour package that you purchased from tourradar. We wrote to you so that you can review the tour program that we sent you and write to us what you want to ask. We wanted to ask you for your flight details so that we can adjust your internal error messages. We sent you the tour changes and current status via the page before the tour started. Although we told you to review the tour route of the tour package that you purchased, you did not listen to us. Due to the busy season, there may be problems caused by the drivers at the airport. We try to solve these and always get you to your hotel as soon as possible. Since the Pamukkale tour is a long route, you make a long journey from your hotel to Pamukkale. Since the customers who tour with you are distributed to their hotels at the end of the tour, the return time to your hotel may be late. We have never met a customer like you in our professional life. We will write articles about you regarding tourism companies to be careful.

It is stated in the tour program which days you will stay in the hotel. We have agencies that we work with throughout Turkey. Bus journeys take long for your tours in Çanakkale. due to the distance. The driver who left you in Kusadasi in the evening could not find the way because he had not come before. We apologize for the driver's mistake. We have arranged accommodation for you right away at your hotel. If you had informed us about the dinners, we could have directed you. Accommodations in Olympos are all wooden bungalows. tj hotel is a 3 star hotel. Since all ages participate in the cabin tour, there were mostly young people in our cabin tour that day. If we had another exit that day, we could have put you there. If you had informed us during the tour. We would assist you immediately. We would do what we could do differently.
