    Dear Sheetal, Thank you very much for your feedback about your recent Singapore & Malaysia tour. We have gone through your review, please find below our answer. Yes, the tour was meant to be a group tour, but some people changed their dates to another date and it ended up to one person only and we still operated this tour and given you a private tour which costs us more. Also please note that we did not change the itinerary but I think you are referring to an optional tour of Sentosa which was not included in the main tour and comes with a cost as an optional tour. So this was the only confusion. However, we regret any inconvenience caused. Thanks Culture Holidays Team
