We appreciate your comments and understand your point. Having a multi language group, of course, can be annoying, but helps in having more dates for the customer to choose from, and a lower price. So ultimately some discomfort is bringing a better service to the customers. However, of course we do provide a lot of single language tours as well as custom and tailor made trips, so we hope to have you again in another area of Italy, with just one language spoken!- DC

Mostly those taxes are then used to improve touristic services or city facilities, so it will come back as a better experience for travellers. - C
