As updated you earlier, Eros Hotel Nehru Place is a 5-star deluxe hotel and is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. This was the first time we had received a complaint of this nature regarding the hotel, and we apologize that you had to face such issues. As soon as we were informed about the problem, we promptly contacted the hotel to arrange a room change. Unfortunately, we did not receive further communication from you regarding the second room, or we would have addressed the issue with the hotel once again. Regarding the matter of forced shopping, please know that we do not endorse or encourage such practices. We will be monitoring this internally to ensure it does not occur in the future. Typically, we provide an English-speaking escort only when there are more than three people on the tour. Since the other travelers opted for a private tour, the group wasn't formed, hence it was a solo experience. We have operated many solo female travellers, and we always ensure their safety and security throughout the trip. Regarding the hotels, we understand the importance of having a comfortable stay. The hotels offered were 3-star accommodations used regularly for our clients, as mentioned in the tour link. However, we do offer the option to upgrade to higher-rated hotels at a supplement cost if desired. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
