    Dear Sir It seems there is some kind of misunderstanding because you had bot booked any tour with us "Himalayan Saga". It tired to find out about your tour and have been informed by the driver (who is a driver from third party vendor) that you had booked a tour with some operator based in Shimla but not Himalayan Saga & the vehicle with you was one of this vehicle from one of our vendor who apart from working with Himalayan Saga also works with other operators. I fail to understand that why Himalayan Saga name is being dragged into this controversy when you never booked any tour with Himalayan Saga and neither Himalayan Saga provided you any services. I would request you to please check which operator you have used, to whom you have made payments and what exactly was your issue regarding the services booked by you and please review the concerned party only and not Himalayan Saga. Vehicle having a sticker of ours pasted on its body does not imply that we were the service providers. If you can share your details with me and if we can be of any assistance to you to help your feedback reach the correct company please let us know. Thanks and regards Ritesh Sood

Himalayan Saga, is based in the “Valley of Gods” – Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India with branch offices in Shimla. The company was incorporated in December 1999 with a view to offer professional, effective, efficient and quality services. We have our own offices in Manali, Shimla, Dharamshala & Amritsar.
 
We are also members of Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) and Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI)
 
From year 2005 onwards we have also started with a fixed camp comprising of 25 swiss cottage tents at Sarchu which is midway on Manali/ Leh road. This camp functions every year at Sarchu starting 15th June to 15th Sep. To organize jeep safaris & trekking tours we maintain our own store with equipment comprising of alpine tents (2 men & 3 men tents), kitchen tents, dinning tents, toilet tents, specially designed bathing equipment, kitchen & dinning equipment and other equipment required for a high quality camping experience. We can easily boast of having the largest set up in Himachal. For providing transport services we a large fleet of vehicles comprising of small cars (Indica & Indigo) and large cars like scorpio, quails, innovas.
