Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent trek with us. We truly value your insights and are genuinely sorry to hear that certain aspects of the experience did not meet your expectations. While we do provide a detailed day-by-day itinerary, including information about sleeping arrangements and restroom facilities, we realize that experiencing unexpected snow and harsher conditions in the middle of the season could have added to the challenges. This summer has indeed been unusually wet and windy, and while we prepare for varied weather in the highlands, the snow during your trek was an unexpected event for this time of year. Rest assured, we are committed to continuously improving both the safety and quality of our treks. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will be using it to review next year’s offerings, paying particular attention to hygiene standards, the experience levels within each group, and how we can better accommodate varying conditions. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We hope that despite these challenges, you were still able to enjoy some aspects of your time in Iceland, and we would be happy to welcome you back for a future adventure under more favorable conditions.
