Yes, the sudden flooding did precipitate the need to switch from trains to buses etc but we do hope that ultimately you were able to enjoy the scenery in Switzerland. We will speak with the local team and ask them to be more proactive in future but hopefully no more flooding! Ilya

We are disappointed that you didnt enjoy the tour to its fullest as this package has always been a popular one. We checked with the local team in Scotland to see if you reached out to them with your concerns about the room quality at the hotels but they advised us that they did not hear from you so were unable to intervene and do something to make you happier. In light of your comments they will be doing new site inspections of the properties and will discuss your concerns with the hotel managers.
