We take product design and quality very seriously, and we apologize for falling short in this area. This was group tour and not private tour so at time of booking most camps were full that why we had no way out than split between 3 camps. Our vehicle capacity is 7 persons but you were 5 in one vehicle which made you travel comfortably. We will investigate this further and take steps to improve our quality control processes.
