But with-in an hour (You are telling 02 hours because you landed to Sri Lanka by 01.45 & it took 01 hour for you to come out from the immigration, & you had to wait another 30 to 40 minutes at athe lobby) I arranged a vehicle for you to go the Hotel, The Situation went bad because of your Language issue, (I arranged a vehicle & 20 minutes before you leave airport &you refuse to go with him until you agent explain you) You arrived early in the morning, I was awake from 02.30 & trying to sort out things for you. by Me Myself & the driver tried to explain you the situation but you couldn't understand. Then I contact your agent (He was from France) & explain him what happened. He understood & he said he have explained you as well. Then Regarding the Guide (You or your agent did not asked for a guide), If you the visit below link, I have clearly mentioned that I will be providing a "Designated chauffeur guide (chauffeur guide - A person who will guide the clients while driving)" https://operators.tourradar.com/dashboard/tours/119514/inclusions.
