I assure you that the guides were local and we work with them sometimes and that the tour guide who should have taken all the trip is (Heba),but one day before the cruise But a day before, she was very sick and we could not provide a guide who would complete the trip with you, because we were in the high season. The hotel is 4 stars,and According to the price of your program, it is one of the best 4-star hotels in Cairo,There are other 4-star hotels but very bad.
