Dear Janet, Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review of your experience with us. It means a great deal as we are on a journey of constant improvement. It was such a pleasure to meet you and David. Thank you for your kind words which make us very happy and I will pass on to Mike. In terms of the vehicle, yes this was an unusual scenario due to the low number of guests on the first departure. We totally take on board the need for more space in such situations and can totally understand the preference for some empty seats. We normally do have some empty seats whenever we have a standard group size. We will work your feedback in to our future decisions about vehicle allocation. Thank you once again for taking the time to write. It would be great to stay in contact so do let me know when you are next coming over to see your family. Warm Regards Chris British Heritage Tours
